Yes, but a huge difference when a cartoon woman gets slapped and hit by her boyfriend or he attempts to kill her in comedic ways. Than seeing that in Live action. You can't skip the Joker Romance portion and that is super problematic.

Also issue with using super heroes especially in a live action/shared universe setting is WTF didn't X/Y/Z show up. Bane is threatening to nuke NYC why the fk isn't superman showing up.

Thanos killed half the universe WTF are the X-men? Cap 2 when they are planning to pretty much use a space ship to kill anyone who might ever be a threat to Hydra...... yea that seems like a universe ending problem that the Avengers should have dealt with.

You also run into 99% of these super heroes are worthless when you compare them to or put them on a team with a Thor, Superman, Wonder Woman, Hulk, any of the X-men. Blind Batman/Black Batman/multiple personality batman/ batman in a tech suit and every batman clone without plot armor dies in 5 seconds vs any of these guys or their villains.

I mean I love DC but if you don't get Batman and Superman right then you are FKd... so much revolves around the two characters. Nightwing is probably the best current read in DC but they are so afraid to do Robin because some D bag 40 years ago were like omg he bangs the kid he is taking care of. This was fixed that all the Robins are adopted so are his kids instead of a foster parent situation.

Robin is pretty much the 2nd or 3rd most important character in DC he can spin off to the Teen Titans. He is sort of DCs Spiderman and the best possible version of Batman.

Well Harley is no longer with joker, and i think most of the violence was them killing ppl together, i think the damage was emotional, as far as the new Joker movie i heard its a musical and i dont think he beats down on harley

superman was prob off world or dealing with his own threat at the time, same goes with the xmen or they dont exist in that universe

heros without superpowers or invulnerability often deal with villian of equal calliber

DC has the justice league and Aquaman is there most profitable ever, characters like Green Lantern, Martian manhunter, Cyborg and many more have big fan bases, Shazam is very popular right now, in my childhood in the 90s i was a big fan of The Shadow, the Phantom and Spawn and none of them are DC or Marvel

Theres more to DC than the main members of the justice league, WarnerDiscovery has big plans

now that i think about it Conan the barbarian, Masters of the Universe, Buffy, Judge Dread, Tank Girl were all favorites of mine in the 90s none DC or Marvel im sure theres more, I dont see Comics going anywhere, they say its the last great american artform

I think i knew DC before Marvel, 70s-80s Superman and 80s-90s Batman movies along with the adam west batman, really excited to see the new Flash movie with Keaton reprising his role, but the 90s had The Justice league Cartoon which introduced me to many characters but Marvel had Spiderman and Xmen which i grew to love, I dont think there was an Avengers Cartoon, DC had Steel staring my fav basketball player Shaq while The only Marvel movie was Blade in the 90s that i can think of and didnt learn about the 80s Punisher movie until much later in life

Since 2000 Marvel has really dominated as far as introducing Characters I knew about Iron man, Hulk and Captain America, Thor, Deadpool, Venom before the movies but never heard of Antman, Gaurdians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Morbius, Shang shi, Doctor Strange, along with Black Widow or Hawkeye Scarlet Witch until the movies and enjoyed them, Never watched the Eternals movie, recently the tv shows introduced me to Moon Knight and Ms Marvel, never watched the later but heard shes going to be in the new Captain Marvel movie, I think i knew about Dare Devil, Fantastic 4 and Punisher, before there pre phase 1 movies

Since 2000 DC has been somewhat disappointing, while much better with Animated movies and really big fan and paying subscriber of the free to play DCUO video game which has countless Characters and continue to introduce more, Always Huge Fan of Aquaman which is DC highest grossing Movie, Wonder Woman was a hit but i heard there not making 3rd, I thought Justice league could of been better never saw the snydercut and there was only one compared to countless avengers, I was introduced to Constantine and Jonah Hex from there movies and enjoyed them, Constantine being really popular of late and Keanu reeves said to be reprising his role, Never saw Watchman, Was a big fan of Green Lantern but was slightly let down by the movie, excited to see the show hbo is making along with Booster Gold, Both Suicide Squads were good along with Birds of Prey, Most recently theres been Shazam and Black Adam, looking foward to seeing them together, Excited to see Blue Beetle and have high hopes for the future

I think the younger generations will continue to be entertained by comic adaptations even beyond DC and Marvel, While Marvel has Disney and DC has WarnerDiscovery and the HBO MAX streaming service, services like Netflix and Amazon are investing into comics and the biggest ones i can think of are Dark Horse and Image, Image having the hit series the Walking dead series on basic tv. Fun fact even Playstation invested in a comic book show called Powers which i liked and disappointed they ended the show and never produced more shows

Turns out The JLA cartoon was 2000 must have seen a bunch of characters on batman and superman cartoons of the 90s, also forgot Marvels Ghost rider movie and DCs The Losers

The action and the story is really bad.

I also don’t get why people like the Ana de armas chick. She’s a shitty actress and not that cute. She has a chubby baby face. Can barley speak English (worse than Gal gadot). And just has 1 look in every single movie I’ve seen her in.

She's charismatic, I liked her in Knives out and in Blade Runner 2049. Also she had some good moves in that shitty Bond movie.

I don't think she's ready for a main role, but she showed she can do vulnerable characters quite well.
