Dear Presidente,

There is no hate or anger in what I'm going to say, I swear on my J.Zanetti replica of 22 May 2010.

I'm writing this as a dissapointed Interista. I have watched Inter since 93-94 and more seriously and religiously since Hector Cuper arrived. I have shared the pain and sorrow of numerous defeats and I know how to take them. I have also shared your joy, enthusiasm and I know how you are feeling after watching us getting beaten tonight. I have been with you through 5th May and then 22nd May.. I'm not hoping you read this or anything, I just want it to be a reference point of the lowest feeling I've felt in the last 5 years.

But now the time has come for you to decide. Are you satisfied with the sucess that we have acheived? Have you acheived your holy grail with Mourinho and the club is just an expense on your personal finances? I know you still love Inter but are you willing to sit back now that you won what you set out to?

OR, do you want to start a new cycle. Bear with me, because if you want a new cycle, you will need to almost be a FM 2011 player. Its that far from reality. We need a revolution of our playing squad. We need a stadium to survive the FFP. We need tons of cash, which I understand is difficult to pump in these trying times. I completely do.

So lets get to our squad which is the root of all problems. I mean the coach whether its Leo or someone new next season cant really transform the current bunch of players into a modern football playing-tactically astute team. The only exception to this is Mourinho who in all probability wont return.

The way Leo (or any other modern manager you might decide to bring in) plays these days is not defence first. Defence is what our squad is based on. If we get a coach who suits our mentality and a couple of signings here and there we can compete for the Scudetto and aim to get to the QF's in the CL year after year. Not easily but it can be acheived in the real world.

But if you want to be as sucessful as you were in the past, you need a complete overhaul. J.Cesar, Lucio, Samuel, Sneijder, Eto, Pazzini, J.Z., Cuchu, Motta are probably your best players and can somehow be utilized by a smart tactician in the new version of your Inter. A lot of your teams spine is over 30 but still we cant change everything in one go, so we have to look for replacements in the next few years.

These players are not the problem, now the problem is the dead weight. Maicon, Chivu, Muntari, Mariga, Pandev, Milito, Deki, Suazo, Materazzi, Cordoba.. they are the real problem. I like all of them but we are carrying too much of these squad players around. IMO its unrealistic we get rid of all of them in one summer, BUT this is our only source of cash that we need. I'm pretty sure we can get 75m from all of them if we combine their wages and realistic transfer sums.

Even if we by some miracle manage to do that, will we spend the money on new Sanchez', Robbens, Sahins and Hummels of the football world? Are you willing to spend? Or like the 150m we have from the last 2 seasons will cease to exist?

Which brings me back to my original question. Are you happy with what you have acheived(for which I'm grateful for)? Or do we start a new cycle?

I dont mind which ever way you choose, but I want to be told. Only because I want to share the joy/sorrow with you. I dont want these things to be hidden now.

FORZA INTER!

From : Mr. Presidente ; 4 - 6 - 2011

Dear Suneet,

Dont be sad Son, i will loan Coutinho to Udinese so we can get Sanchez.
I will provide you one creative midfielder to company Sneijder either Sahin, Ganso, Lucas ,Inler or Polombo.
I wiil buy defensive midfielder like Montolivo, Mascherano or Sissoko to cover our defense .
Regards to Defensive player, i will talk to Leonardo first if he still want to play attacking fantasia or play counter attacking like Mourinho style. If Leo choose to play attacking then i will buy no one at least i can recall Rivas to comeback.

Thanks Suneet for your appreciation for Inter, but im afraid we still have to stick with player like Materazzi , Cordoba, Cambiasso,Stankovic,Motta and that asshole Chivu because Inter are family and they all are my bastard child.

Peace on earth, Hasta la vista Son, Non Mollare Mai

With love

I actually write pretty well with half a bottle of whisky in me. That post was full on emotion, just my love for Inter and nothing else.

Worse feeling since 5 May...That may be true. The Derby defeat left such a hole in my heart I could give fuck all when Schalke tore us a new one.

My Worst day as an Interista. What would all the EPL fans here be thinking? :depress:

Atleast b4h4mooth gave us something to laugh about.

For me the Manchester United 0-2 loss at Old Trafford in 2009 was the most painful for me. Only because I was actually watching that game with Man U. supporters. Plus they talked major shit about Italian football at the end of the day. At least this time I can hide from the public about it.

I know it's easy to have the most recent loss be painful and I can understand that.

You guys are lucky that you at least still have great players you know...

Leo did give us a beating last season but that doesnt take away the fact that he embarassed Serie A

I completely agree that Leo has embarrassed Serie A as manager. 4-0 at OT and 2-5 versus Schalke speaks for itself.

Hide from the public? True fans don't hide from people when they lose. You take it on the chin (No Hal/blackmore/Dino) and move on to the next match. I have never been ashamed of being an Interista once in my entire life and you shouldn't be either just because of a couple bad performances.

Who gives a shit what people say...no matter what team they support, all of those teams have suffered the same shit Inter has in the past, so don't let their bullshit bother you. You are friends with me on Facebook...go back and see what someone wrote on my wall after the first leg against Bayern. But I didn't react, I just held back and waited for the second leg...and guess what, I was rewarded for being the more mature person!

Every time Inter loses and more so when Kansas basketball loses since college b-ball is more popular in the States, I get messages and phone calls from tons of people to harass me about the loss...sometimes from people I haven't spoken to in years! I make it a point to never retaliate when their teams lose because in the end it will feel that much better when a treble season occurs. You sit back and smile as all the haters stammer around wondering what to say to you.

Very true. Some of these Barca and Real fans on campus are just so annoying. I'm fine with my friends talking shit to me, just the people who "come out of hiding" talking shit is what really pisses me off. I'm able to shake it no problem with some of my Juventus friends that I have.
