Just an aside; how would you estimate Inter's popularity in Australia?

Thanks.

Ciao,
Tim

How do you watch inter: Through ESPN, they show an Inter game once a season.
Age: 19, I turn 20 in July 3rd.
Occupation: I work for P&O Cold Logistics in Freezers, palletizing.
Past times: huh?
What u think of the a-league: Needs some work, needs no more marquee players otherwise the league will collapse before our pants get wet.

Miki, don't listen to Marcello  I think Inter's fan base is pretty big and IMO it's larger than AC Milan. Infact I think it's one of the most popular Italian footballing clubs in Australia and has been for a while.

lol Belmore certainly does go off, i remember that day back in the 90's clearly.

Anyway, goin cold turkey is pretty bad, but i guess when u got one kid and another on the way it makes it worth while.

Benny, did ya give it to ya oldie in law when Adriano bagged that hatrick against Porto and then they didnt get past the group stage this season?

Of and for the record One of the family i stay with in Sydney lives off Cantebury road and i especially remember the season before last when doggies were in the final, people in that area turned there cars into walking tributes lol. All blue streamers, stickers etc...

sydneys got the m elbourne virus today, its raining:D no work:cry:
helal i give it to him lad,he wouldnt stop about quresma since last years game, they the porkos are a proud bunch and i wouldnt be surprised if my father in law carries a pic of mourinho and jorge costa and baia in his wallet, there is some great portuguese chicken shops in sydney, not that oporto and ogalo shit but frickin best chicken on charcoal, flattened like its been run over by a concrete roller:D
belmore is the spiritual and the heartland of bulldogs territory, places like punchbowl, greenacre, bankstown, marrickville, sydenham, dulwich hill, yagoona, belfield, auburn, revesby, padstow, milperra, liverpool etc are suburbs that are in the area juristiction of canterbury as when the original comp started it was all sydney teams, like the old vfl, every area had a team
but i can say that doggies supporters come from every where, south, north, east, west ,but being a huge juristiction as canterbury and bankstown cover heaps of areas and alot of square kilometres
with parramatta we make a derby sort of like inter vs ac,and we sort of have a rivalry with them from the 80's as both teams won 4 premierships in that decade, now they parra has gone gay and havent won a premiership(flag) since the 86 g final.originally called the canterbury "berries"this changed around the 70's,
heaps of wogs and polynesians play for the dogs, and our most famous players are SONNY BILL WILLIAMS(sort of like wayne rooney wonderkid),Hazem"el magic"elmasri, willie mason(loves the okus)and has adhd, mark omelley smashed a opposing player unconcious in last weeks game(probably the biggist tacke/hit in the last 20 years,
braith anasta is a faggot coz he played for us last year and went to the roosters sort of like cannavaro to juve,
frikin hate the roosters(eastern suburbs jet set$$$$ who illegaly break the salary cap but never get caught, they are are nemesis in the last few years,
we got all our points deducted 4 years ago for breaking the salary cap,and that year the roosters won the comp even though we SMASHED THEM SENSELESS,both times that year

Weekly update on the Bulldogs game,

We got smashed,we got smashed,we got smashed

46-22,

the stupid ref(sound fimiliar)dissalowed our legitimate try in the first minute,
we scored first through Hazem El Masri but we made so many mistakes ,

so many that ive never seen the Dogs do that in the last 5 years,
knock ons, kicking the ball out on the full, back chatting to the ref etc

about 800 uniformed police,250 casual detectives,300 security were on hand to control about 5000 travelling fans,

newcastle the equivalant to Geelong in Victoria is a city about 300 kms north from Sydney ,so considering the numbers that went we sounded ok,
as the boos from the home fans were diminished some what by our supporters the general public of Newcastle were treading carfully even though there was rougly one police man for every 30 spectators,or in our case one cop for every 4 bulldog supporters,
some new flags from the "Hunter region"were spotted as the bulldog empire is slowly emerging up north, out of the 5000 doggie fans i think about 1500 were from Newcastle

Our forwards played great specially big Willie and Ogre Omelley, but our halves combo of sherwin and holdsworth were no where 2 be seen often making bad calls with stupendous passing and errant kicking,

all in all we were lucky not to get beaten by more and even luckier that a newcastle player(buderus)got 10minutes in the sin bin as we scored about 14 points in those last 10 minutes,

Now back 2 HELAL and his live and exclusive report from the closing of the CommonWHAT games in Melbourne
