Lincoln Riley did not want nothing to do with the SEC smoke so he bounced 😂🤣😂

Hopefully he makes USC relevant because they haven’t been for more than a decade.
Would you rather live in Oklahoma or SoCal? No brainer move.

Dont wanna steer up any controversies but how the actual fuck is USC offering a football coach that amount of money? I read a 110 mio contract for a fucken university coach? ofcourse that is if this article is true: https://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2021/11/30/22809357/lincoln-riley-usc-contract-breakdown

And then these very same unis go on about how they cant pay their athletes gimme a fucken break.
Also how does on pay the 30-40k in tuition per semester knowing how much money they throw at their fucken headcoach.

@Kakaroto it wont help him win games but losing in nice wether while earning a golden nose aint that bad.

There's a lot more to it than colleges using tuition money to pay for coaches' salary. In most instances, these decisions are being dictated by big money boosters. Michigan State is a great example of this. They have one billionaire alumnus who instructed their AD to go and give Mel Tucker a $95M contract. So they did. The money was then "donated" by the booster to the college, meaning that they didn't actually pay out of pocket for anything. USC has one of the richest alumni bases in America, and on top of that is a private college. This thing was bankrolled by some big money donors.

@Adriano@10 there are some websites that show endowment levels of US universities, check the ones that are big with sports and you'll notice trends and patterns.

This wasn't all about money. Lincoln clearly scared of the SEC. plus recruiting easier in SoCal

I'm more amazed Brian Kelly got poached

That narrative is such bullshit. That's the garbage ESPN pundits keep spewing. I don't think he's scared, but who would turn USC especially with the pac 12 where it is right now? He can become a legend and be a shoe in for the playoffs every year if he does it right.

It's an opportunity. Competition weaker in the Pac

Officiating needs to wise up, shocking for both sides so far.

2 teams that could not beat Detroit, should be a fun battle.

I am biased but Vikes look good so far, big Ben made a 6 yard run for a first down for the Steelers, love to see it haha.

I put money on the Vikings. The spread for this game was weird. Why are the Vikings favored by 3 when Cook is hurt, Thielen is out, and they're coming off a loss to the Lions? #VegasKnows

I usually get these things wrong, though.

The panel also favour the vikings, Cook is playing well so far, 2 great runs (18 yards a carry).

I wouldn't ever put money on the vikings but I believe we can beat anyone.

TD Jefferson as I type, NICE!

Extra point missed, doesn't even surprise me.

Edit; 23-0 Vikes 2.20 left Q2.. I still don't feel safe with this lead...
