Jokes aside, I don't think strikers need to be shiny the whole game, think of Trezeguet, and F.Inzaghi, I mean as long as you score a winning goal it is still huge.

No, they don't. They can actually have a shitty game and still get praised by scoring a fluke winner. That has always been the fate of forwards who get a special treatment compared to GKs and CBs.

Definitely cut down on that. Much better to see. Sometimes he lost the ball against barca and just walked back which I didn't live. But can't criticise him too much, he was great. His control for his goal was sublime.

Motm for 2 matches in a row. His game control is improving, his chemistry with Hakan is getting better, and his deep run is getting more consistent. And so glad he doesn't pull off wayward shot to the stands anymore like he used to.
