I didn’t mean my post to be a comparison. Bellingham and Enzo are the hot commodities right now, but I’m saying that once they’re off the market then eyes will turn to Barella.

I think he’s better than both, to be clear. Although if Bellingham makes the right choices he’s going to be top 5 in the world, IMO.

Think Barella is sold and we will lose a lot of fans + value of this club as a whole will take a massive hit. Shows we have 0 ambition. I just don’t see how this club isn’t sold for peanuts if we let Skriniar leave for free, maybe Bastoni and selling Barella.

Barella needs to fucking step up his game in these difficult situations. Don't wanna go into details of the game, but simply he's supposed to not just fade away in these kind of matches. Just show that you're the best midfielder of the league. Grow some balls for fucks sake.

I have always hated how he's so soft in challenges. His tackling is great, but he loses way too many balls in physical duels, and that is not because he is small because there is plenty of players who were rather small but they knew how to hold the ball properly or use their strength.

Then his character... he is far from a captain material. He seriously needs to work on himself. The best midfielder of the league needs to bring something which others can't, especially when your team needs you in difficult moments.

Instead of arguing all the time, how about track back and not just stop running for some unknown reason. The goal is his fault as much as Onana's.
