Other areas: anticipation, crossing, ball control, consistency, he'll reach at a high level when he peaks (around 25 - 27 years). Did you watch Vidal at 24 years old? Barella is his level. The future is very bright for Barella.

Prime Vidal was a force of nature. I’m not sure if Barella will ever get to that level (Vidal was/is also much stronger and taller than Barella) but he can still be one of the best in the world if he continues to improve. He’s just in a bit of dry patch of form right now but it’ll be temporary.

I agree , his stamina is pretty good, but stamina alone is not so important that make someone great player..Barella can be good (no way he will be as good as Vidal)...But I believe he will be much better if he get stronger...With age his decision making will get better,ball controll not that much..

I think Barella has suffered from Vidal's injury too. Barella hasn't got rest (earlier subs etc) at all which he would have probably got if Vidal was available.

I agree Sensi could quite well start against Crotone.
