My big big concern only is that we are EXTREMELY vulnerable to these quick counters from the opposition, we need a quality Box to box who has young legs.

The only critisim I have of Gasp is formation. He saw we were doing crap and did what Leo didn't. He made a fucking change. If we switch to 4231 we can walk this. Even 4312 with Obi as a CM.

Impressions? SHIT MATCH! ASSPERINI needs to get his head checked, CHANGE THE FUCKING FORMATION! We are lucky these guys are not clinical passers and finishers, we should be fucked. We lead by an undeserved goal! What hurts more is the world of good our team would have got if we just changed the formation to suit their strengths! Fucking Assperini!

if this was lazio after watching what they did to milan in first 23 minutes of that game we would be down 3 or 4 goals instead of up by 1 lucky goal

Even with Mou there were dozens of games where we looked like total shit at half time but came out firing 2nd half. Let's wait and see what happens

Slow, lack of creativity, heavy touches, no movement off the ball, flat passing. No wonder we've basically been chasing the entire game.

Zanetti and Lucio doing all they can to not lose this game, everyone else needs to put their "Try-Pants" on and re-tighten their boots.

Ridiculously average Inter. Players don't find open space so the passing is slow -> very slow tempo in our game.

Props for Gasperini for taking Zarate out already in the first half. I was ready to take him out at the break but Gasp had even more balls. Simply horrible performance by Zarate in his debut.

Take all strikers out and just put Lucio there :D He's the only one playing in the game today. To be fair, Deki is quite okay in the first half an hour.

And that is the problem. Deki and Cambiasso are just ok, they are doing what they can at this point of their careers.

And it's really not much, especially with Stanković. You can not expect to control a midfield with him and Cambiasso, we need Forlan and Sneijder to drop deeper to help them out.

Cambiasso is playing very well though.

My God. Thank-God we have scored a goal, that is the ONLY positive I have seen so far.

That was by far the most shocking, desperate, ugly, waste of football I have seen in my 29years of living on this earth. I am afraid that if we win a few matches management will keep this clown tactician that we have. This was shambolic, dire, invective and embarrassing. You know its bad when Lucio has to be running deep into midfield to create.

Palermo was all over us, they exploited the spaces inetween the midfield and the back three excellently, it was sheer bad luck and Zanetti being a God we didn't concede an early goal. I am happy we scored, but I am INFURIATED by what this coach has done to this team.

We've had worse first halves or even matches.

Apart from having the lead, we had too many miscoordination in the first half. It is not a good sign, because Palermo has so many fast players that can be really dangerous if they are given enough spaces. But still, I saw several positive things especially from Jonathan. He really could adapt with the system very well, never give up chasing the ball, and always tried to open space from the right wing, I hope he can keep the decent performance in the second half as well. Forlan for me doesn't look like a player who is going downhill, I think his physical condition is in the excellent condition, the only thing he has to do is to find his infamous sharpness.

When Lucio is your best attacking player then you know something is totally phucked up!
Until that silly pin ball bonus of a goal we were outplayed, outclassed and outmanoeuvred thank to Mister’s shitty formation.
Beside the goal the only good from this half was Gasp’s decision to bring in Wes – albeit playing him out wide!!

people have been saying that since the friendlies, that any quick counter attacking team will tear us apart in this retarded formation of 3-4-3 or 3-5-2, gasp is the only person who seems to not see that.

Nagatomo and Jonathan are both positives from this match so far. Still ugly watching our passing be bad.
