Paulo Dybala

Imagine you`re in Ausilio/Marotta`s shoes, would you offer Dybala a contract?

  • Yes - unlock defences and add value: creativity, individual brilliance, attacking outside the box

  • No - serious doubts about his fitness and contribution when it matters the most

And may I ask what you would have done in his place?
Since everybody is repeating the same names, let me do one. There could be a few names next summer that could make us better, but one is on my mind at the moment that fits the profile.

If we really somehow get Dybala and we sell Lautaro next summer, and also send Lukaku back, we are officially fucked  obviously atm Lautaro needs to stay, even if Dybala comes, because until we get another proper striker here, we are fucked. I'm kinda expecting Chelsea to send an offer of money+Werner for Lautaro, which is okay, but not what we need. Dybala + Werner just doesn't seem as prolific.

Next year we should go all in and try to sign Saša Kalajdžić. If I am correct, he'll be free agent as well. Huge player that knows how to create chances and that can score from everywhere. He's gonna be the next Džeko for sure and I'll be pissed if he goes to Bayern.

We have a lot of forwards now. No place for Dybala.

And we're broke ass club so it's always a risk to dedicate huge amount of money to injury prone players like Paulo.

It seems not possible, but I would dump Dzeko, Sanchez and the guy from Lazio to get Dybala. He's not only a great player, but he also excites fans. It's not just me, others enjoy his style of play is too, and it's effective.

He might not be at the very top, but he is the type of player that defense has no solution for when he's set on making something hapen. We desperately need that.

don't know if i should post it here, but since this whole Dybala-Inter story is becoming a endless mistery, with people pretending to know what happen and what already happend, i should probably do that.

Gli Autogol visited the Inter HQ some day ago, asking diffrent questions about the players and stuff like that, it's a funny video.
Basically at the end of the video they talked about the mercato. Everytime they got a pic of some player, Inzaghi had to say if he would like him and Marotta if it would be possible to sign the player. Of course were not allowed to see the pictures but can only try to understand what player it could be.

Most say that they talked about Dybala at 7,37. Inzaghi seemed to be interessted saying "lets ask the director". And Marotta: Vola Vola via (fly fly away)

i think it could be also 8:09, where Inzaghi said "he has done a lot but in this position we are already ok", while Marotta: "lets put him in the story archive". Its also interesting the way Inzaghi said it, he probably would still like him but knows that we have to many strikers. Im anyway not sure, some also say he could talk about Icardi (maybe because he said "story archive", talking about what happend before Icardi leaved)

If your Inzaghi, why would you take Dybala over Correa for the 3rd/4th striker role?

Correa is faster and more physical than Dybala and can replace either Lukaku or Lautaro in the starting line up.

Dybala may have other unique characteristics but as a manager who needs to maintain balance, Correa offers more in his game.

Personally I'd say Dybala gives you more tactical flexibility, which as a coach you would love to have. He can sub on and make it a 3412 or can play as the support striker in the 352. I agree that there is a sense of a big signing if he comes which fans like. I mean he won the serie a MVP a couple years ago. Definitely an opportunity that should be taken.

Please, Correa cannot replace anyone in the starting lineup. He has different qualities but hardly ever anything comes out of his plays unfortunately.

Dybala has at least shown he can score in this league. Correa has never got even 10 goals.

Sorry if this sounds too aggressive bit I honestly cannot believe we sre comparing Dybala and Correa.

At their current state if you merged Correa, Dzeko and Sanchez into one player Dybala would still be better.

Cant believe some people here think its better to have Correa than Dybala. This is a whole new level of ignorance.
Unfortunately, Inter can't flog off Correa to anyone at a decent price, if they are even trying, and Sanchez is standing firm so the Dybala deal has become problematic.

We are not getting him, that was obvious since Lukaku came back.

Only idiots think Correa has the right to shine Dybala's boots. Dude's a fraud, he couldnt even score 10 goals with lazio and the narrative that his game offers another dimension to our play just because he can go circle around the ball when nobody around is ridiculous.

Market says otherwise. Dybala the hot commodity is still looking for a club.

The Dybala fanboys here would also start him over Lautaro, something that hasn’t happened for the Argentine national team for the past 3 years or so.

Dybala is nowhere as good as the hype he generates.

But let's not go as far as suggesting Correa is better than Dybala. At best, Correa is still twice as injury prone.
