Paulo Dybala

Imagine you`re in Ausilio/Marotta`s shoes, would you offer Dybala a contract?

  • Yes - unlock defences and add value: creativity, individual brilliance, attacking outside the box

  • No - serious doubts about his fitness and contribution when it matters the most

If we are gonna judge base on numbers, Juventus finished the season 16 points behind Milan. That does not mean Juve's players were inferior to Milan's.

Dybala was a bad fit for Allegri's Juve, but still his impact does not reflect on the numbers only. Lukaku might be a better goal scorer and have more speed, but Dybala is a better free kick taker and play maker. He brings more creativity to our attack and gameplay than Lukaku. And he is younger, can come for free as a permanent deal and have lesser salary than Lukaku.

All in all Lukaku would be a bad deal for us in our current financial state. Plus, I suspect someone with his body could decline faster the older he gets, so I hope his rumors linking him to us die off soon. It's a risky move we should avoid.

Gds says the meeting with he's agent will be in the next hours (probably tomorrow). And the news is that we don't need to wait for Sanchez an Vidal leaving, they want to close fast as possible to avoid problems.

And that's why Steven is returning to Italy so soon. He reads about Inter closing all these deals and he's losing his shit

The only point of discussion was probably about when the deal is going to be signed. They've agreed some time ago. The issue is that we are waiting to see what happens with Sanchez (and/or potentially Dzeko) before we conclude it.

There's no point in delaying it honestly but perhaps there's some accounting shit that's related.

I don't understand why you need intermediaries if the agent is there?

Feels like Romano is late to the party and wants to save face.

The deal is supposed to be done at 7m for 4 years, so he'll say the two parties compromised tomorrow or two days from now and that it's ready to be finalized or whatever when Sanchez situation is cleared.

Unless something extraordinary happens, like a 10m offer from a top club, Dybala is finally coming over.
