Paulo Dybala

Imagine you`re in Ausilio/Marotta`s shoes, would you offer Dybala a contract?

  • Yes - unlock defences and add value: creativity, individual brilliance, attacking outside the box

  • No - serious doubts about his fitness and contribution when it matters the most

Whoscored is a load of bullshit
Just because it doesn’t share the same opinion as yours? Not just whoscored, i believe all stats sites will rate Dybala highly this season because it’s the truth. Stats don’t tell the whole story but they don’t lie.

Show me a stats site where they rate Lautaro performance higher than Dybala this season. Or all of them are bullshit and only your opinion is accurate? Sometimes the truth is too hard to swallow?

I don't care much for websites that talk about football. I'm already on one.

Football experts rarely share their thoughts on websites. Everyone else is no better than what you'll find from your average fan on a forum.

Ok you are always right because you don’t care about any other opinion. Every source or expert is bullshit unless they share the same idea as yours. Numbers doesn’t matter either. It’s impossible to debate anything with you then. Thanks.

I don't shit on Lautoro, all i said was he was he doesn't have the quality or capacity to carry this Inter team.

Dybala on the otherhand actually has a history of carrying Juve, albeit not on a consist basis, but he has been known to rise to the occassion, sassoulo game case in point. Add to the fact that he's been Juve's best player this season (or at least in the conversation), can you say the same for Lautoro?
That's a valid argument, just found it funny when you used the argument of dybala's last goal to prove that he doesn't look finished when you criticize lautaro despite having scored a couple bangers this season.

I'm in favor to sign dybala, btw

After reading the purported rumor that Inter has to make close to 100m in sales this summer, how in the hell does paying Dybala make sense.
As far as I understand it, the €100m or €60m, or whatever the fuck it is, is to pay for running costs over the course of the season such as salaries.

While we are definitely looking to reduce our wage bill, we can actually afford to pay some high salaries. We're already paying Brozovic and Lautaro €6m each, not to mention Vidal and Sanchez a respective €6.5m and €7.5m :yao2:

Our main problem seems to be liquidity. We can continue to pay ongoing costs (which are to be largely self-financed) but we seem loathe to pay any real transfer fee.

You can argue that signing Dybala on big wages adds to the wage bill and therefore if we didn't sign him, we wouldn't have to sell a player to fund our wage budget. It's partly true, but we need to sell someone to fund the wage retainer regardless. Dybala's wages, though significant, would only be an incremental increase to the weekly expenditure and day-to-day running costs the club incurs.

We've extended some of our key players with increased pay and we need to sign replacements for outgoing players. Even if we offload the wages of Vidal, Alexis, Sensi, Kolarov, Vecino etc., the overall decrease in wage spending will not be enough to significantly help our issues. We need to gradually trim the wage bill and be really efficient with our tight budget. Can't have these shitters whose wages are not proportionate to their contribution.

That's my main issue with Dybala. I fear given his injury record that he will join the list of highly paid low contributors.

I would even go so far to say it’s the likely outcome. Still, giving the storm clouds looming in the horizon, a Hail Mary on Dybala might be one of our few hopes..

Dybala is the only name we've been linked to that has an ounce of actual quality in him. Not sure if that's more of an indictment of management or our financial situation.

I have my doubts on his fitness and injury record, but man, seeing pissed off rubentini is a great joy.

Imagine we'll fix his fitness and he'll do his best season under Inzaghi.

My Juventino best mate already says if this happens he will burn his Dybala jersey. This is fun. :D

yep, it's funny. Juve literally told Dybala that he can fuck off, because they prefer Vlahovic (Arrivabene words) and now their supporters are mad on Dybala, because of his willingness to join Inter. His number one priority was always Juve, so I don't understand how he can be treated as traitor.

My concerns about Dybala are his injuries and rumored 4 years contract. Apart from that, I have a feeling that he'll be better fit for Inzaghi's formation and style than he was for Allergi's pragmatic football. If Lautaro somehow stays, they could form a great pair. And if Dybala comes, we have to get rid of Correa. I don't want two high risk injury players in our attack again.

So Gazzetta claim Marotta and Ausilio plan a Lautaro-Dybala attacking duo and the offer on the table is 6m net plus bonuses per season till 2026. On the other hand, Pedulla reports Inter are offering 7-7.5m net plus bonuses per season for a 3-year contract. I am more inclined to trust Pedulla. Dybala taking a paycut to join Inter sounds too good to be true.

You never know with Marotta... But indeed i think Pedulla has it right.

I for one, really like the potential partnership of Lautaro and Dybala. I just hope we can help him stay healthy for the most time. If we can manage to do that, we have a very good attacking duo. I wonder what our intentions with Scammaca are tho? Are we planning on rebuilding our attack with the departures of Alexis AND Dzeko? Would be too good to be true imo.

signing Dybala means no more Scamacca, literally.
Why is that? With the arrival of Dybala it will be necessary to sell Lautaro, and if without the sale of Lautaro, who will be sold?
We need to sell for 100 million.
