Paulo Dybala

Imagine you`re in Ausilio/Marotta`s shoes, would you offer Dybala a contract?

  • Yes - unlock defences and add value: creativity, individual brilliance, attacking outside the box

  • No - serious doubts about his fitness and contribution when it matters the most

If they can agree on financial terms, joining Roma would suit all parties. Dybala would work well under Mourinho, and the 3421 kind of shape they had last season. He would be the focal point of the attack with a mobile striker like Tammy ahead of him. And best of all, there would not be the pressure of winning. And Mou could conjure up a CL spot if they plan well. Aside of Roma, his best option is Inter with respect to the tactics and formation we have.

Would be pretty good, probably fits Roma more than Inter. We'll see what happens, at this moment I'll really be surprised if we get Dybala.

Given the lack of activities and concrete interests. I strongly believe Dybala is (asked to) waiting for us to sort out Sanchez's contract.

Can't say how long he will wait though as it's just my speculation.

Reminds me of Tonali, all sewn up then silence and BOOM gone to another club.

Just get it done Beppe, remind the lil pork dumpling who is boss and buy Dybala #InBeppeWeTrust

i also think that is possible. Because (as many here already said) we basically will have no strikers next season if the lukaku loan ends, so better get dybala first and then selling some striker, instead of waiting and then ending without strikers in 1 year.

If they get Dybala, Zaniolo will be sold. But I don't see how Dybala will go to non CL club. Maybe if Mourinho can convince him to join.

I mean if we have any doubt about this deal, Dybala should want to have the words out already. He should be looking for a club as fast as possible and we should be hearing about his agent offering him to clubs, etc... The WC is only 4 months from now and nobody wants to waste anytime.

But instead we haven't heard anything from his camp or from Argentina, nor anything from any club. The most we have right now is Di Marzio speculating about possible interest from Roma. Not even a possible MOVE, it's possible INTEREST. This doesn't make sense to me, unless he already has a deal in place.

The deal can be with anyone, but imo, it's most likely with us.

I sway back and forth from your type of thinking I mean realistically it's expected we play a 3412 again today against lugano if we are playing that position we need another fw when Alexis leaves

Wrong question, you should be wondering how GdS knows what Dybala personally told his agent. Especially when both of them were far away from Italy, and it’s not like GdS is reliable for news within Italy to begin with.

Hint: they dont.

Funny thing is everyone "knows" that the problem was his agent is demanding too high of a fee but he doesn't? Lol

Out of necessity I'd assume. Juve aren't taking him back and Milan will only take him if he continues to decrease the wages he's asking for. Napoli haven't really been in the discussion so it just leaves Roma. Even in Europe the only team that's had somewhat strong ties is United and they don't have UCL anyways.

#Inzaghi : "The 3-4-1-2? It's a possibility. Our system is different. Dybala? Personally, I'm already very satisfied with last year's attack, which was the best in Italy. And in addition there is Lukaku, we are satisfied with this. Now we see the market in the other sectors "

Lets lock this thread up

he didnt even play (well appart from the lugano game) and youre already saying hes not doing well.

I only see one thing. Inzaghi making a finished player scoring 13 goals last season, while the seasons before he was basically trash for Roma. Now imagine what Lukaku could have done instead of him. And Lukaku already showed that he's everyhing else then finished with Conte. Of course in football everything is possible, maybe he will have a injury or for some other reason he will have less confidence then 1 years ago. But its logical that he could do really good again.
