All because they refuse to place rules against X Y or Z because putting those rules will make them look like bad guys. People are so damn mesmerized by Riot it's pathetic. The community thinks they're a White Knight company blah blah blah. So glad people are seeing through it this time.

Calling this e-stalking or bullying is a fucking joke, and Riot should be ashamed that they're demeaning those serious issues by relating them to something as trivial as this.

Guys, my cousin wants to get a PC for gaming. He doesn't have much money so im looking at some configurations for him, up to 500 euros. He wants to play the newer games but doesnt need to play it at highest res. I have two, but i really don't see which one is better as they are VERY similar. Basic info is this:

Config 1:

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 GHz
8 GB RAM
1000 GB HDD
nVidia GeForce GT 640 - 2GB

Config 2:

Intel Core i5-4440S 2.8 GHz
8 GB RAM
2000 GB HDD
AMD Radeon R7 240 - 2GB


Oooor, what im telling him but is around 80-90 euros more expensive because of the graphics card (he says its too expensive for him), this one:

So, config 1 or config 2? And how much better is the 3 since it has better video card but the other is same or worse, is it worthy to spend that more?

Replace your CPU with an AMD APU (A8-7600 for example), then setup CrossFire with R7 240, you'll get better fps than both of your config, with cheaper price as well. It is slower in usual applications though.

My cousin will have to buy this and then buy the CPU/RAM/Graphic card or whatever, and replace it. Too expensive.

Do enjoy civ but i just don't have time to play a full game and never seem to be enthusiastic about continuing the game

I used to play the earlier games that's why I got back to it. There's a time (turn) setting you can adjust that dictates how fast or slow you want to play. There's different kinds of wins, not just war, and you can make a "full game" at say, 200 turns, so it ends.
The thing that is keeping me playing is war and difficulty settings. The harder you set it, the more you want to play.

Got really hooked on Heroes of the Storm... although I hate those type of games.

Sadly my GPU keeps overheating and even if it didn't I need a new one, this one can't even run FIFA15 (because of DirectX11) Any suggestions for a proper GPU for about 125-150 Euro?
