A thing a like on Marcelino is hes charakter. The last coach we had like him was Mourinho. He seems sure about the ideas he have, a very assertive man. Thats a point what makes Mourinho diffrent from the other coaches too.

But still i think if we dont want to risk then better take Pioli.

If I have to compare Pioli with Gasperini, Ranieri and Mazzari, I believe Pioli is the worst. Maybe in the same line with Gasperini.
