not sure if it's out of the blue, Gallardo is risky name but could be a good bet

We need a massive personality or a widely respected tactician. Other than Allegri or Sarri, there are literally no options.

Rest assured, Master Marotta and I have the situation fully in hand.
I cannot confirm or deny any names, but here is a list of potential candidates we are considering, in no particular order:

Massimiliano Allegri
Simone Inzaghi
Siniša Mihajlović
Filippo Inzaghi
Walter Mazzari
Walter Zenga
Vinzenzo Montella
Fabio Grosso
Thiago Motta
Luigi Di Biagio
Massimo Oddo
Igor Tudor

Please understand, Allegri may be difficult to convince. Also Simone Inzaghi may decide to stay at Lazio. But as you can see, you will not be disappointed.

Gallardo seems like a big risk. No experience playing or coaching in Italy generally doesn’t bode well for a clubs success. Ask De Boer or Rafa.

Just get Motta, sell Bastoni and Skriniar and he could field his 1-7-2. Problems solved.

Did Cambiasso get his coach license? I think we should just follow the trend and hire our club legend as a new coach because It always works out as expected, right? I heard Materazzi is a pretty good coach and he even got a title under his belt. PROVEN CHAMPION

Gallardo is a winner, a man of destiny. But he's untested, yes. The only reason I'd do it is because he's a very, very smart coach. And even then there's a big risk of failure. He won't have the institutional support and protection he has at River.

if we go to that route, how about proven "108 points" Stankovic

According to GdS, Inzaghi is close to an extension with Lazio. Grazie Lotito.

Cambisso was an assistant coach for Colombia at the 2018 WC. I think he has his llicense but do you want a coach with 0 experience?

Has to be Allegri or Sarri now.

Given the entire situation, Im very surprised Marotta and co didn't plan with contingencies with both the coach + transfer market.

Conte exit rumour has been going on for some time, so I very much hope that Marotta does have some plan (even though his own future was not certain either).

our big plan right now is that Allegri doesnt sign with Real or Juventus. He's by far the best coach out there, but even he wont save us from the downfall.

It may look like we dodged a bullet but if Juve get Allegri then we are fucked.

The biggest problem with Allegri is he's asking for 10-11m net. Even if he wants to come to Inter how could we afford him?

Don't have one.
How about Joachim Löw, I don't rate him above conte or alegri, but he is sure better option than inzaghi or sarri imo.
