It’s no secret I wanted Conte gone after the Europa League, thanks for the Scudetto, but that was your obligation to us, it’s now fulfilled. You can leave, which has happened, I personally wanted Poch, but I will take Inzhaghi.

I know this looks bad, but we must thank God for small mercies, we should be grateful the Chinese are broke, because they would have caved to Conte’s demands, and in 2 seasons left us in a hole, holding the bag and players we can’t offload.

What is Inzahgis preferred formation?

What would be hilarious if Zidane went to Barca. Probably will end up at PSG.

It will probably be like this:

Real - Conte
PSG - Zidane
Tottenham - Pochettino

I am really pissed with our management for giving Conte 7m only for him to go to Real. I don't think anyone believes talks with Real started just now.

I am also disappointed with Allegri. Not because he didn't come to Inter. It would be too risky for him in this situation. But choosing Juve over Real? Who in his right mind rejects Real? And he's going back to Juve, after being kicked out, to do what exactly? Win another Serie A? He has won plenty with them. He had the opportunity for a new challenge but instead he chose to go to an organization he was already familiar with. So disappointing.

^It is the least disappointing thing in recent months tbh.

- Calvarese was bought by the mafia.
- Napoli bottled a 96' lead against Cagliari.
- Napoli bottled AGAIN a lead against Verona at home.

If any above didn't happen, Jube is out of CL, and Allegri does not even have Juve in his head to begin with. He would have joined us yesterday.

Zidane will go to French NT more than PSG i think.
Then will go back to Madrid in 2-3 years when Mbappe is already there.

I'm not buying that Allegri rejected Real. They didn't consider him as a primary option is more likely.

Yeah, Real hesitated, they weren't sure. Juve wanted him badly, they offered him that big contract, he took it. End of story.

It's all about timing.

Plus Sarri had already inherited a Conte team in the past when he joined Chelsea. He didn't do that bad there. For me Sarri was a no brainer. Our management just postponed the inevitable. There aren't top managers who play with a back 3 as their main formation. Only Conte. Sooner or later you would have to either bring someone who is tactically flexible or switch to a back 4.

Anyway, we have Inzaghi now so let's see what he can do. And Pioli had come from Lazio too. Inzaghi had actually replaced Pioli at Lazio as an interim. He became the permanent coach when loco Bielsa turned into total loco mode and abandoned Lazio just before the start of the following season.

Yes Sarri has that charisma to lead a bigger club, if given time and little money to invest like at Napoli he would do good job. He can also develop players and increase their value! I would also wanted to see 4 backline. I think Sarri would suit well to Lazio or Milan and will do decent job there if he get managment full backing!

But again I understand Marotta decision to go Inzaghi with these players and I hope he can get us to top 4? I just fear when we get to first slump of the season, can he cope with that and does he have the ”balls” to bench underperforming star players like Eriksen? Luckily we have good core of players with good attitude who are willing to fight, exept maybe Lautaro and Brozovic can cause some problems?

All the others like Lukaku, Eriksen, Barella, Vecino, Gags, Bastoni, Skriniar, De Vrij, Handanovic... are good guys and pretty easy to manage! I think Sanchez and Vidal contracts will be terminated, but would have bean useful times like these and I hope Dambro stays!

What you mean by 'bigger club' though? No disrespect to Napoli but they didnt really have a super star in the squad to manage. The only guys who might qualify as superstar was Higuain and he fucked right off once he got the chance.

Then he moved to Chelsea and then rube and you see what happened? Fucking Kepa, who still is the most expensive keeper itw, told him to shut up and he all called rube's players untrainable.

I don't think our players have too big egos, but guys like Lautaro Perisic or Brozovic can go off once in a while and I wouldnt trust Sarri to handle these situations.

Romano basically confirms Allegri was never Real's top target:

Massimiliano Allegri has signed his contract until June 2025 as new Juventus manager, done and completed. Salary around €9m net per season. He’s back after he decided not to wait for Real Madrid - official statement in the next hours, here we go confirmed.

I also think Hamsik, Koulibaly, Insigne, Mertens, Jorginho, Allan suit for todays ”super stars” as football in general are rapidly declining! At Chelsea he won europa league but didnt have managment backing. Kepa incident tels me more about Kepa than Sarri? We have also had some idiots like Radja or Lautaro this season!

Yes he only won scudetto with Juve witch was a failure at that time and yes I agree with Sarri this Juve team was declining fast and no wonder after almost decade of domination in serie A! Those players did not have that hunger no more and core players are old as fuck!

But I bet if he get managment full backing like Conte did at Inter or he did at Napoli he can do good job and have that charisma to lead a bigger club and develop players to their best. I fear Inzaghi will shit his pants when first slump hit us and I dont see him as a manager who can bench bigger players like Eriksen when needed?

I dont understand why the majority here is anti-Inzaghi.

He has worked wonder at Lazio tbh, abit of a let down this season, but that has more to do with do with team than the coach abilities.

Everyone knew Conte wouldnt stay without a proper budget, which also meant that someone like Allegri was obviously not possible as a replacement. As far as 'cheaper' coaches goes, i'd say Inzaghi is the best a by landslide, surely better than Sarri, Spalletti, Gasperini and other drivel.

If Inter doesnt win the league next season, it wont be because of Inzaghi, it will be because of the downgrade in squad quality due to sales. Inzaghi is also less of a system nazi compared to Conte, he might get more out of our technical players like Sensi (if he stays), Eriksen, others etc etc.

Conte leaving is sad, no doubt. But Inzaghi is pretty much the best coach we can get on our budget imo.

Inter will probably also go past the groupstages in the CL with Inzaghi, which means more income, something Conte couldnt do even if he had 10 Messi's on the field.

I am not "anti-Inzaghi", thats too strong a term. I find Inzaghi a likeable guy, who has done well for Lazio.

I just don't think he is Inter's level. I hope I am proven wrong. But this coaching change feels the equivalent of replacing Hakimi with D'Ambrosio. I like & respect D'Ambrosio, but he is not Inter starting material.

I think Inzaghi should get the benefit of the doubt.

Conte is hardly a worldbeater anyways, lets not forget he failed to progress in the CL for 2 seasons in a row, despite having a matchball againsts Barcas B(C?) team and finishing last against absolute trash like Gladbach and Shaktar. He also took ages to integrate players like skriniar, eriksen and perisic properly, lets not let the scudetto cloud his obvious flaws.

The the Hakimi <-> Dumbo downgrade might be a bit much.

As far as italian coaches goes, i'd say Inzaghi is comfortably the best behind Allegri, conte and Ancelotti.
