Sneijder sold for 7.5. If you assume Jonathan will go for 3, that is 10. Mariga can be sold for another 3, which brings us to 13. If we can sell Alvarez for 8 that brings us to 21.

The problem is we can't find buyers for Jonathan/Mariga/Alvarez and there are many lining up for Coutinho. The problem is if we sell coutinho and keep the rest they will all be those three will leave in the summer because if they are not good enough now, it means they won't be around for next season. Out of all those players Coutinho is the only one likely to stay on for next season.

There was an offer of 4 from Russia, which he rejected. But it is very unlikely he will get any other offers at this point.

Even without his 3, we could get 18m from the other players. That should be enough to start negotiating.

The sticking point is no one want to buy Alvarez. All offers are for loans. Which sucks because he will be sold over the summer anyway.

18 includes Sneijder's 7.5. So we really need to raise 10 more.
