I've mentioned his name a few times and I'll add to the tally.

Federico Valverde.

We can grab this kid from Real Madrid and give him a more important tole. The kid reminds me of Cambiasso from his Real Madrid days albeit a less technical version of him. The storyline could very well end up being the same.

He's perfect for our current needs as no one can be as effective defensively as him from our current roster and he's not a liability with the ball.

If you get Lo Celso, then you should play him as an SS which is the position that suits him best in our formation as his time at Betis showed. He's on loan with option to buy for 40m which turns into an obligation in case of CL qualification. So if we want him to join Inter in January, then we would have to accept the same deal. I don't think it would be wise to spend 40m on a backup when we have much greater needs.

Haland 20m release clause was first reported by Bild, so take it with a grain of salt.

PSG reject Lyon’s loan offer for Julian Draxler

RMC Sport report that Ligue 1 leaders PSG have rejected a loan proposal from Lyon for German international midfielder-cum-winger Julian Draxler.

Sporting Director Leonardo has refused this offer as PSG do not want to let their player go temporarily, but are open to a sale around the €20m mark, for a player that Leo does not want to keep who is under contract until 2021. The German is very happy living in Paris and wants PSG to offer him a contract extension.

I am not sure if Draxler has a position in our system, but i believe he's a gamble worth taking for 20m.
