Suning/zhang don't even have sufficient money to bring Luiz Felipe, Ginter, Belotti, Dybala for fucking free...... Let alone bringing CR7!!!

maybe this planet is going to end if Suning can bring CR7 here 😀

Again we don’t pay him he keeps like 90% of his image rights and 60% of jersey sales.

Better deal than going to Roma.

Who else will want him or will play him that is in champions league.

Real said no, Juve no, city/united are a no, Psg, Bayern, Barca don’t want him.

So it’s us, Milan (maybe a better option for him and love old players) or Tottenham.

Then there is Roma and Atletico Madrid…… maybe Sporting.

He doesn’t have many options for champions league. Unless he takes crazy money to go to Qatar/Saudi Arabia.

imo i dont think CR7 have any guts for move to low profile entity clubs like Sporting, Roma, Atletico Madrid etc... let alone low-level prestige countries in Qatar, Arabs, China, Japan, South America, Mexico etc (MLS maybe, some club owner there as rich as fuck)

MaNu has all prestige he need, top quality of life, huge salaries, top-level football league, can satisfy him with all he need (except UCL), top facilities, has many populous fans etc. i don't think CR7 wants to threw all he received soon.

Manchester is a small industrial city with a population of 553 thousand people, in addition, the climate is terrible, no wonder he wants to escape from there, if he wants to finish his career beautifully in football sense, he should go to Sporting, but if the money should go to a city for the stars as Miami.

Messi utter shit, Courtois sucks. In what parallel world do you live?
He meant is that Messi has played and is playing like shit compared to Ronaldo since he left his warm nest, where he received the last 2 golden balls undeservedly ...

Stop exaggerating. He didn't live up to the expectations, as did the whole PSG squad. Doesn't mean he was "utter shit"!

People always complained about the winner of golden balls, no matter who wins it. If you believe Messi's last 2 golden balls was "undeserved" you better come up with a name who deserved it above him; and please be specific about why he deserved it and not Messi.

Falcao law at its best 🤌

The last two years Lewandowski had a way bigger impact than Messi, but the biggest crime was the election of 2010. Wesley Sneijder should have won it. Sadly in those years Robben was still a "fuck up under pressure guy" and wasted a huge chance, otherwise Netherlands would have won the European Championship - that assist by Wesley was brilliant and that would have made him winning the Ballon D'or that year.

btw: here is in interesting website to compare Lewandowski to Messi - sadly in German:

Right now it is all about legacy for Ronaldo and Messi. Those guys put their mark on football's history, but are on the decline. And tbh Messi's declining faster although he is younger.

That miss was in the world cup not euro's. Robben missed 2 great chances in that final.

Hot take, Messi was immense in 2010 and IMO still deserved that award over Sneijder. A lot of Inter fans were hating on Messi, it's not his fault most people believed he was the best player and in best form that season. It could go to Sneijder for CL and World final, but Sneijder wasn't doing Messi numbers and I think that was the deciding factor.

While Lewa was the best that season and no Balon d'Or is total bs

This is exactly what I'm talking about. People come up with who deserves it more base on the stats that fit their narrative. If their favorite had a better individual stats they use those stats; if their favorite had worse individual stats but his team won important title(s) they use that to claim why a certain player deserves it more than the other. You say Lewa had better numbers than Messi for the past two seasons, while the former didn't win any signifcant trophies. So why are you neglecting Messi numbers in 2010 compared to the other nominees, calling it THE BIGGEST CRIME for him winning it?! There is no Falcao law here, you're just making double standards.

Wesley Sneijder had a great year in 2010, but as I said before he wasn't heads and shoulders above everyone else in that team. And he had some things against him in the race for the Bdr: in 3 important competitions which he participated (Serie A, Champions League, World Cup) he wasn't chosen as the best player. So how come he deserved to be chosen as the best player in the world?!

It's the double standards that's annoying there. It was never about the best numbers or anything, this award was always shared around under some parameters and then they decided to sell the sport to Americans and Asians and made it a competition between Messi and Cristiano and not what it always represented, so the award had to go to either one of those guys, ignoring the whole culture of it.

We can go on about who deserved what over the last ~35 years after they allowed non-Europeans to receive the award. There's no such thing as deserving the Ballon d'Or unless it's too obvious. And to be fair to Messi, he's the only one that allowed this statement to be true several times, but even in the past when we had obvious takers they didn't win it because they never wanted to give it to the same player more than once or twice. The elite level has toned down over the last 15 years as well. Not so much competition up there, but if the 2010s were the early 2000s you'd see Kevin De Bruyne, Griezmann, Lewandowski, Neymar, Mbappe and a few others win it as well.

We should look at Eric Bailly on loan as an option before we look at Acerbi. We just need pace so badly.

Our former target, Thuram, has started the season well after Gladbach coach changing his position to forward. 3 goals and 1 assist after the first 5 games. His contract expires at the end of the season.

Watch PSG or Bayern snatch him from us.

I still don't understand why West Ham let go of Vlasic on loan but if he's available for cheap next year I'll want us to go after him.

Watched Shaktar yesterday and number 10 really impressed me, Mykhaylo Mudryk, only 21 years old.
