Inter To Play Dynamo Kiev In Pre-Season Friendly On August 14th, Italian Media Report​

Plans for Inter’s pre-season are becoming clearer, with the Nerazzurri scheduling a friendly match against Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev for August 14.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the match will be held at the Stadio Brianteo in Monza.

The Nerazzurri squad has already convened for pre-season training, with many players now having been working with new head coach Simone Inzaghi for a week, and the remaining squad members yet to arrive soon to follow.

After the pre-season training camp concludes, the club will make a pre-season tour which will see them play matches in Florida among other friendly matches.

The final match to be played in the Nerazzurri’s pre-season preparations is now known, with the club set to face off against Dynamo in August.

While Simone Inzaghi’s time with the Nerazzurri is still very early, supporters will be able to see his vision for the team more clearly by the time the match takes place, with the encounter being the final opportunity for the new coach to experiment with his team before competitive action begins.

The Nerazzurri's first pre-season friendly kicks off at 20:30 CEST on Saturday

MILAN – Simone Inzaghi's Inter are set to play their first pre-season friendly on Saturday night when they take on Swiss side Lugano in the Lugano Region Cup. The match at the Stadio Cornaredo kicks off at 20:30 CEST.

In Italy the friendly will be broadcast exclusively by Sky Sport, while Nerazzurri fans outside of Italy and Switzerland can watch the game via streaming on Inter's official YouTube and Facebook pages with English commentary.

There will also be live updates on inter.it, the Inter app and all our social-media profiles.
Inter TV will provide post-match coverage from midnight, with exclusive interviews and highlights.

Inter To Play Friendly Against Pro Vercelli Before Departing For Florida Cup, Italian Media Report​

Inter will play a pre-season friendly match against Serie C side Pro Vercelli on Wednesday.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri have scheduled the clash for after their opening friendly against Swiss side Lugano but before departing for the US.

The friendly against Lugano will be the first match in which new head coach Simone Inzaghi takes charge of the squad and gives a sense of the tactical setup that he will use heading into competitive action next season.

The encounter with Pro Vercelli will provide one more opportunity for the new manager to test out his ideas and for fans to watch his new-look Inter.

After this match, the Nerazzurri will depart for the US where they will participate in the Florida Cup alongside English clubs Arsenal and Everton and Colombian side Millionarios, which will provide even more insight into what expect next season.
