Miki and Asllani were solid.
Gagliashit is still shit and Dzeko is an even bigger shit.

Man, roughly two weeks till the season starts and Inter still has a lot to do. However, Onana look bright and the one counter from Dumfries to Lautaro to Barella looked sweet.

Some takeaways:

- We did not look nearly as sharp physically. Not sure if this is just because of the work we’ve been doing or the fact we have another 2 weeks.

- With Lukaku and Lautaro we still miss a forward that is naturally adept at link up play. Still better off with Lukaku when the other option is Dzeko.

- De Vrij continues to be a liability in perhaps the most crucial position in the team. At this point Milenkovic while keeping Skriniar actually excites me, that’s how far we’ve come.

- Wingback personnel asking more questions then it’s answering. Gosens looked a little sharper today in his cameo but we still have no idea if Gosens - Dumfries is really a viable pairing. Bellanova’s pace should be a weapon but honestly he hasn’t looked overly quick in the few situations he should have been able to exploit it. Meanwhile we haven’t seen Darmian at wingback all preseason. Not sure if the plan is really for him to be the back up LWB.

- Asllani’s close control is class. He is actually one of the better dribblers in this team despite being a regista. He didnt put a foot wrong again and looked like he always knew what to do as soon as he received the ball. Mkhi looked a lot sharper today as well. If Asllani can play LCM Hakan should really be worried.

- Solid showing from Onana. One bad pass but hey it’s preseason. Did everything else required. The way he kicks it a mile so effortlessly is fun to watch.

- Glad to see Skriniar back. The roar from the crowd when he was subbed on was really nice to see.
