Time to man up people. We've been talking here and there for months about how things might go, time to make some IRONCLAD predictions and commit it to e-paper how you feel and what you think will happen. We will see after the season who is right.


Prediction time, for the end of the season.


Things to predict:

1 - Where will we finish
2 - Who will be our best player
3 - If Stramaccioni survives his first full season
4 - Who will be the most disappointing player



I'll get us started:

We will finish just outside of the CL places, with them going to Juventus, Milan, and either Napoli or Roma.
Our best player will be Milito, closely followed by Sneijder
Stramaccioni's first season will start off well with enthusiasm and vigour, but ultimately we will be found wanting (lack of quality, rather than any faul t of the manager). It will ultimately end disappointingly, but Stramaccioni will survive by the skin of his teeth as Moratti realizes that firing yet another manager without investing heavily in players won't make a difference
The most disappointing player will be Ranocchia

If anyone has any suggestions for additional predictions to be made, we can do that


For example, how much money will we spend in January? If Stramaccioni is sacked, who will replace him? How many managers will we have? etc etc

For money we'd have to come up with a better system of measuring how accurate people's predictions are. Things like best player, most disappointing player, might be a bit harder to quantify.
