Boring game but Argentina deserved it. It was like if Belgium forgot they were losing the game until the last 10 minutes. Argentina was already winning so they had no hurry to score again.

Why not deserved? Belgium fully deserved to get out from this WC. They won the group in very unconvincing way and then needed 120 minutes to beat USA who have the weakest team since many years. And if Jermaine Jones scored in 118'... Hazard and Lukaku who were tipped as a leaders of this team, failed completely.

The only positive - Origi. And De Bruyne, maybe.

Congrats for Argentina, hope they win not also in 1/2, but the whole tournament.

How could you call last night's match between Brazil and Colombia boring?! It was full of adrenaline from the first minute!

I have to agree about the rest. They literally put me to sleep. I think same would happen with the last game.

Oh god are you begging me to not take you serious?? You are the most biased human being once it doesn't go your way and still whining about the refs yesterday. Columbia just was the worse team. Accept it and you will be able to move on. The refs were really bad but for BOTH sides.

I was at the pub, and drunk and blabla

Awfull performance. Belgium slightly was better, but didn't create chances, while Argentina was way more clever. Won deservedly.

This Belgium was super lame. Hazard, Mirallas :palm:

Courtois and Vertonghen bossing

De bruyne wasn't goodas well but brought some danger

Either way congrats Argentina

Belgium had a good WC for a first time in 12 years and their group is young and only beginning. EC 2016 is coming and a new WC after that... they will be way better already by then and with a better coach, who knows what might happen. This was just the beginning.

Wilmots is not the right coach for this team.

Argentina have easily been one of the, if not the, least convincing teams of the tournament imo.

Well, Brazil has been as convincing except the game vs. Colombia. Holland started excellent, then faded.

Next are the semis. There are no more favorites. Anything can happen from now on.

Faded to where? 2-0 rape vs Chile, no one can say the same, especially not Brazil and their penalty shootout.

2-1 vs Mexico, a probably even stronger team that drew Brazil as well, tactically outclassed and dominated on the field in the 2nd half.

Now total domination against Costa Rica, who defeated Italy 1-0 and Uruguay 3-1 and who had the best defense in the WC (2 goals against in their entire WC... 2! Only team to have achieved something like that). They defended with 11 players the entire game, Persie had 5 men around him at all times and CR only wanted to make it to the penalties the entire game to go through via that way, but were instead raped with the penalties when they reached them because Van Gaal's tactics even gave us an advantage in a lottery like that.

I don't see Argentina winning this at all, they are slow and their defense sucks, their attack is even worse. The chances CR managed to defend will go in against Argentina. Though I think there will be less chances because we'll likely go back to 5 defenders.

Anyways, Forza NL.

Christ, you are becoming crzd :palm: 2 weeks ago you were soo pessimistic it wasn't even funny.

Never said you were shit or unconvincing. Just not as good as in the beginning. In many aspects. Only Wesley played better as the time passed.

You're a little quick to judge.

I'm only confident about the Argentina game, but I expect us to lose a 4th final after that.

Netherlands, the eternal runners-up.

I think we are better than in the beginning tactically and Spain just sucked that much ass.

I agree about Brazil, didn't bring them up because they played pretty well against Colombia. If FIFA do get the Brazil/Argentina final they want than I'll be disappointed and not expect a great game at all.
