Collina himself. It used to be the fourth official for the 2018 WC but now it's apparently VAR.

I am not talking about VAR intervention, this is something which is different and calculated by the Video Assistant Referee in a very precise way. Even at the time I was a referee, the info [on added time] came from the fourth official, you are too much focused on what’s going on that it’s possible not to consider something. It’s the fourth official who usually proposes the amount of added time and the referee tends to decide…and decides.

The counter to that is the Netherlands talked a lot before the game and a lot of the players like Messi and others get fouled a ton and its an important game but tempers flying was going to happen regardless.

both Holland and Argentina players were acting like morons. My problem is with Messi and Emi Martinez going to talk to van Gaal for something he anwsered at a press conference. And btw, he didn't even say anything bad. Like grow the fuck up and just take the win.
