This is a test for both teams. Germany will not let Spain dictate like Italy/Georgia games and likewise Spain will not allow Germany to establish a rythm. I think they've both played ok teams so far, Germany's had some tough customers like Switzerland and Denmark while Spain's opponents have been poor and Spain ultimately having their way.
Overall Germany imo has played the more compact teams. Spain's opponents, have been subpar. I know Georgia defended well and had that goal, but We all knew Spain was going to have high possession and get like 4 goals. Italy and Croatia were not up to the task and Spain deservedly took those 6 points.
I've seen some Spanish people mention that in their view Spain isn't that good as people make them out. They have youth yes, but Rodri is their only real star and that some aren't convinced of their attacking capabilities and that they haven't really played top opposition so far this comp. Yes they have 9 goals so far but still. Again, what I've seen some spaniards say. Of course there are those that feel confident about their chances, which I think is justified too.
I've heard similar views from some Germans.
I think Spain will win today, maybe 1-0 idk We'll see. It will be close but I think they will most likely get the result.
