National team break coming up;

Having just beaten Sassuolo, which one team, other than Juventus (48 victories, 46 draws and 86 defeats, yikes) do we not have a positive head-to-head record against in Serie A (so from 1929 onwards)?

My random, uneducated guess will be Parma. I think they really became competitive during some of our leaner years in the 90s.

You're not totally off, but not quite - them being crap for the latter part of the 00's and start 10's might have played a part. We only have 6 victories more than losses and draws, though (22-16-16).

Also a good shout seeing the two cataclysmic losses in 2012 (?). However, which is probably less known, Novara were also mainstays in the top flight in the 30's, 40's and 50's, and we've won 17 out of 26 matches and only lost four times to them.

Has to be some club that barely featured in Serie A. Could it be Salernitana? They beat us last time they were in Serie A when they had Di Michele and Di Vaio and haven't really been ever since. Probably not before either.

Otherwise, some random shouts would be Alessandria, Ascoli or Pro Vercelli.

Ding ding ding - correct. We've only faced them over two seasons, two wins at home but two losses away.

With Salernitana promoted, we'll have an unique chance to rectify that statistic.
