A fit Rafinha was our best mid going forward. And he didn't need to time to assimilate or adjust, he hit the ground running, gave his all, and just a couple of weeks in, fell in love with the club. We gave him a chance and he gave 200% effort which produced results. To me that's more than being a Cruyff, Zidane or Ballack. But to each his own I suppose.

Completely agree. That dude made me fall in love with him. Was really sad we didnt buy him. (luckily for us, considering he got injured again).

That would be something I wanted as Inter fan but not in his shoes. We all know how much playing time he has lostover past few seasons and with all the names at Barca, with everyone fit hes playing time would be slim. Hard to blame him he wants to play.

All those comments to me suggest that getting him for cheap would also be smart for marketing reasons. But let's see how he does injury-wise this season. While the current injury is certainly a warning sign, it does not disqualify him.
