Well, someone asked about this and I clearly stated that it will be counted in the actual thing. What's with the pessimism? Non mollare mai.

You can't juxtapose yourself to Inter since there is a difference. For example, the maximum difference of point that Inter can get more from its closest rival is just 3. What about in PL? There could be a pretty drastic change in just a week. Secondly, it's not as if all of us will predict in all rounds of PL. Want an example? Riku lost out last year because he forgot to predict on the last round.

It's up to you Jake if you wish to continue or not. I am definitely not excluding the pre-season to accomodate you in the PL. It is totally unfair to the other 20+- members who participated in the pre-season. I hope you understand.

Yeah my comparision to Inter was not good, since in PL you can lose 50 points in a week if you don't predict, so the situation is even worse.

Some will predict every week and they will surely have the upper hand and something tells me that the members who predict every week are also the ones who are pretty good in predicting the results in general.

Of course I understand your decision and I accept it. But just a wish for next season: have your pre-season PL if you want to, but exclude it from the real thing. You know there's a big difference in pre-season and in the real competition.

In fact the best possible PL would be just a 38 week Serie A prediction league, nothing more, nothing less.

Actually I gotta support Jake in this one. The pre-season results don`t count for shit in football so why should they do in PL? And I´d also prefer predicting Serie A games only, but I don`t really mind predicting other games as well.

Well, I appreciate your suggestions and input and I will definitely take it into consideration in the future. But guys, you could and should have made them earlier. That way, it would have made a big difference. Now it's too late and it'll be extremely unfair if I just exlude the pre-season results. Besides, I did address this issue during the pre-season. Like I said earlier, I understand and accept your decision. It's just that during pre-season I wasn't that active here (I was on vacation) and I was just focused for the real season. But still, I won't join the league this season, I hope I'll be awake next summer.

If everybody wants tohose matches, it's fine, though I preferred the PL where we had Serie A matches and Inter's EURO matches. It's all Inter for me.
