Alvarez is a world class and one of the elites,or whatever you want, but team can not rely on an injury prone player. he needs to leave in January so we start searching for a reliable player starting from now. same goes for Sneijder.

End of story.

Obi too.

Get rid of them all.

I've been his biggest fan, but he's not just mentally strong enough anymore. Its like his confidence is fucked up and the Recoba like injuries dont help either. I for one have given up.

^ Why can't you just accept a simple fact Universe?

We are all misunderstanding his brilliance & talent. It's not his fault when we are a bunch of idiots! :yao:

might be on the way out

Ricky Alvarez looks to be heading out in January after he was jeered by fans and his agent said “Inter do not have faith in him.”

The young Argentine has been beset by injuries and poor form this season, while he was jeered by supporters at San Siro when limping off 30 minutes into Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Genoa.

“I certainly did not expect these difficulties, because he arrived in Italy at the right time,” agent Filippo Colasanto told Il Sussidiario.

“He wasn’t too young or too old and he certainly has quality. Perhaps the club does not have faith in him, but it must also be said Inter are a demanding side.”

The 23-year-old Argentine could well be sold or loaned out in January, as Arsenal, River Plate and Olympique Marseille have all been linked.

hes been here for a season and a half and hes really had no impact because of his injuries...i like him and think that he was injury free he is one of the things we're missing.

we need players to rely on, unfortunately Ricky doesn't appear to be one of them.

If OM is linked to him then Alvarez + money for Loic Remy would be great for me.

Tbh I lost faith in him and I hope we will sell him as soon as possible. He is too slow for the wings and can't play as a CM and therefore he is useless for our current formation. There is no reason why we should keep him imho

It's not only goal.com, few sites reported it.

Jesus, the fans are the biggest idiots ever. How do you expect to motivate a player that's not performing by booing them? Same has happened to Pandev, Milito two years ago, even Cambi was booed. What a morons.

Tho about Milito and Cambi Curva Nord stayed aside, they said it's only small group that boos the players.

I would have sold him after his first five matches. One of my personal let downs, I had high, high hopes for Alvarez, but I just realised he is garbage. Complete garbage and I have learned to cope. Bring on the sale.

I couldn't understand the signing of Alvarez in a first place. Only explanation can be that we were really broke but needed to sign someone to show the fans that they are atleast trying.

Alvarez and Jonathan in the same transfer window. They didn't know what they were doing. Still waiting those promised explanations from Branca. I have nothing against selling Eto'o when the club don't have enough money to keep him but I have a problem with signing players for just for the sake of it.

Well, Im one of his biggest fans, but.... tbh I have almost given up on him as well. He showed people what he could do last year, but these injuries..... :( He cant string 3 games together. Sell him for what we can get and give his playing time to Cou or Bessa

Also we have enough players with constant injuries, so I'd rather keep Obi than Alvarez, and sadly, Sneijder.

Too much talent for his mediocre production, true. But he has barely played.

I don't want to sell him, maybe he can recover his form with a loan and constant minutes.

The problem is that I think that may never happen, he didn't begin getting injured here at Inter, his last season at Vélez was the only one he was mostly injure-free. That was my biggest fear when we bought him, I thought he had the talent, but lets be honest his injury-proneness won't improve here at Inter because our fitness coaches and medical staff clearly suck and the San Siro pitch doesn't help either.
