Mancini really needs to stop playing Palacio!!

I really don' get it. At first I thought maybe he wants to rotates the players but how come Palacio is not rotating and every match full 90 minutes?!

Mancini need to get his head out of his ass and bench Palacio!! HE IS AWFUL!!

Bench Palacio, fuck, don't ever call him! Put kova in his Natural position instead of AM and play Hernanes as AM.

He keeps playing fucking Palacio 90 minutes why Hernanes who is a much better player doesn't even get a minute!!

mancini changed his tactics to survive the EPL , stop trying to make this 4-2-3-1 work here , it's not going to work

what happened to the defensive, strong, decisive formation he used to play with , i liked his 4-4-2 (rombo)

........Yaya Toure
Kovacic...........Thiago Motta
..........Hernanes
....Icardi......Podolski/Shaqiri

this should work , we can sign darmian and a CB and we will be perfect

no need to buy Motta if Brozovic turns out to be good , Yaya Toure would be a very important upgrade , our midfield is a joke

we must get back to what we do best , threw there a rombo and see what happens Mr. mancini , no one tried it since mourinho left

He's in trouble. This formation isn't working. The players simply do not move. We are so damn slow in moving the ball around. Podolski passes to Kova who passes to Shaq who gives it back to the defence and repeat all over. There is just no drive, enthusiasm in the way we play. Mancio's old Inter had similar problems too I remember but that team had an "Ibrahimovic." Mancio arguing with Vidic on why he kept on passing back is just the perfect example of the fear the players have.

He has been here for 2 months now and the players are not moving at all. Mancio has to be blamed. It doesn't look good.

i would think the man who implemented a rombo here, and set the foundation of his and Mourinho's Serie A success knows all about its strengths and weaknesses..

and in case some here suffer from amnesia [most here do] when we played it, it became ridiculously easy for teams to figure us out and there were several matches that we relied on individual brilliance from Ibra to bring us victory.. it's the perfect formation, if you're head and shoulders better than everyone else, ala us back then and Juve now.. But when you're clearly not, playing it won't equal success.

p.s. yaya isn't coming here..

no whoever, signed Podolski and expected movment from him should be blamed.. the players we have are lazy.. it's why their clubs weren't desperately trying to hang on to them.. Case in point Hernanes, Lazio are so much better without him, even though he was one of their top scorers the season before.. the majority of our players have relied on talent to get them where they are instead of effort, two months with a coach won't change that, heck, 2 years probably won't change that..

Mazzarri must be loving this. How it is even possible that the next coach is unable to turn things at least a little better at Inter.
Because Inter hasn't been able to pick up a coach capable of teaching progressive football ideas in ages and is still relying on buying players to mask incompetence behind the sideline.

You need to play organized, cohesive, attacking football to have any success in todays game. Unless you have Simeone or Mourinho and a squad perfectly suited to their coaching style.

Moratti for all his wrongs was right to target the likes of Benitez and Bielsa in the post Mourinho era, it didn't work out with Rafa but the guy got no support and found himself in a really shitty time to be at the club. He was also a bad fit overall but a right idea.

It's pretty easy to figure us out. They press up very high and leave our defenders with little time to think on the ball. Handanovic always passes the ball to a defender nearby and barely shoots so it's easy to just push up and force a mistake or a bad pass. In case they want to defend the lead, they move back on their own half and don't have to do anything because our players can't make passes that split their midfielders or defenders. We just move the ball left and right. Also our fullbacks aren't the best defensively so it's pretty easy to clear the ball to the wings and start a quick counter attack.

What pisses me the most is that we can play an excellent game and then play like crap on the next one with the same formation and players.

maybe he knows he can make it work locally but he don't want to use it because it will fail in the CL against fast teams, and now he is trying something new ?

you make it look like only Ibra can make it work, we did it with mourinho's rombo with Eto'o and Milito too , and it worked , the ball goes forward smoothly between players who don't even run that much (except for maicon ) , a strong defensive midfield that can hold possession, a good defence , and effective attack .... man i love those days

p.s. yaya isn't coming here..

recent news and mancini himself confirmed our intention to get him , let's just wait and see instead of saying that he will not come based on nothing .

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" -cit. Mancini & Mazzari. I hate blaming the coaches but 1 point in 3 games against Empoli, Torino, Sassuolo is inexcusable.

By reading the comments it's the exact same bullshit

1) 4-2-3-1 doesn't work for the players we have, or the league we play in. It just fucking doesn't. We NEED 3 FUCKING MAN MIDFIELD! Any of Guarin/Kuz/Medel combo for a duo is worth 0.5 of a normal CM.

2) Kovacic is not an AM. He doesn't have the intelligence, movement, technique, or stamina to play such a role. You tried it a few times to limited success. Time to put him back in midfield. If you want an AM play Hernanes.

3) How can you not start Icardi vs Sassuolo? If he's guaranteed to score vs. any team it's Rube and Sassuolo.

Mancio needs time to get to know the players, but this season in Serie A is completely wasted. Focus on EL now, our only infinitesimally small hope for CL.

Didn't watch the game, first after a very very long time, and thought of downloading to see how we stacked up but could not resist to see the result before so I decided not to do it for obvious reasons. Have to say our team is garbage and that's the reality and there is not much that can be done here.

Was not in favor of Mancio return but we might as well stick with it as the current situation is more related to other factors then him. However I do not regret the firing of Mazzarri as I loath the 3-5-2 in modern football and consider it limited it a lot of aspects within the game.

He needs to drop quite a few regulars starting from Palacio, Guarin and Kova to fucking Rano who is at the center of all trashing. He also needs to drop the ultra possession football as we have no strikers that are capable of exploiting this type of play. Situation is dire and will continue as such as this was our easy fixture list and we failed in all so I'm scared about whats coming next.

And this is particularly the case with Mancini, who pretty much bought he way to trophies with us and Man City.

Just like buying Zlatan from Juve to lead us to glory. If we can somehow figure a way to buy Pogba, we will win Serie A again.

Scudetto next year, what a joke.
Maybe Serie B scudetto, if we keep collecting zero points.

Because Jonathan is a joke.

The loss was Mancini's fault with that gamble of an imbalanced lineup.
