In the current setup Dimarco is much more impactful than him. But the issue is no teammate knows how to pass the ball to him at the right time. I risk sounding like a broken record already. He can't dribble from the centre line. You need to feed him the ball when there're ample spaces. Otherwise playing him is just like fielding Gagliardini on the left.

At least he started and helped on the defensive end, wasn't great but who was up for the challenge, besides Onana.

Did people watch the same game? I thought he was our best player today. Defended pretty well, pressed well. Was just missing the final cross
Yeah he was. We definitely need this kind of Gosens. He fights, he has the size to battle physically, he has the speed to defend and attack.

Needs to train his crosses and team needs to start trusting on him that he can make forward runs too. It's so clear he hesitates going forward because he's not sure when he's suppose to be in defence and when it's okay not to be there.

Defensively he was very solid. We need to unlock him better though and get more crosses to him. I laugh when he passes sideways and backwards. All he does.

But, a positive performance against a very tricky coman then gnabry.

Nah Nah the guy can atleast pass correctly. Gags is weird he isn't aware of his surroundings and slow like a snail, also his descion making is so bad an example would be trying to dribble three players with snail pace he just went and lost the ball opening us to a counter attack. Gosens was pretty good but as mentioned by others here he isn't persic. I liked his peformance he is solid defensively. Deserves to start honestly.

Was good defensively. Criminally under utilized offensively. Everything seemed to go through our right flank.
yup he was too shy going forward, even Bastoni or Chalha was pointing him to run forward so they can complete a pass

Nice and critical sub today really helped on the defensive end and helped open Torino up. Should be starting.

I know coaching Inter shrinks brain, but Inzaghi should stop giving Eriksen treatment to Gosens and starts him. There is zero excuses to give him 5 minutes while our other alternatives don't show anything to justify starting them over him.

Our best players should be our starters. Period! Don't wait for half a season to realize that!
