I’m picking one of those four: Reece James, Kovacic, Werner or Ziyech

Please none of their deadweights

Is this like when we wouldn’t even sit at the table unless 80m was being offered for Hakimi, before he went for 60?
Yes. We're hearing offers like €110m, €120m, €115m + a player of Inter's choice but in the end he'll go for €80m + 5m bonuses.

I'd take 120m+ Tammy Abraham. The lad has potential and even if cannot make it here, will have some value. Then get Belotti for around 25mln and let's get this shits done.
My favorite remains Vlahovic but it looks like he won't push for a transfer.

Let's see Kovacic is worth ca. 48M, Zappacosta worth ca. 9M, Reese James 44M, Emerson 15M, Zouma is 35M according to transfermarket. Don't think they'll get rid of Werner or Ziyech. I saw some where that Abraham was linked to Arsenal.

Why are you people discussing any Chelsea player above €10-15m in value?

The only players we could possibly get in a trade while keeping the cash sum as high as it is, are the likes of Emerson or Zappacosta i.e. trash

We could feasibly get Abraham but they value that piece of shit at €40m. Would anyone in their right mind accept Abraham plus a significantly lower cash payment?

Cash is king here. I want as much cash from them as possible and absolutely NONE of their trash in exchange. We need money. Not more overpaid, overpriced mediocre weight on our books. We already have plenty of those.

I think it doesn't have to be only cash + player. It can also be like 130 m cash + Werner for loan and buy option. Chelsea must also want to offload one of its strikers if they get lukaku although their preference must be offloading abraham.

The real question is for sure how much money to be reinvested if we sell lukaku. From the news came out, it doesn't look good guys. Seeing also from the Curva nord reaction which said they are with players, coach and directors, my guess is someone in the management already leaked info to curva nord that not much money will be reinvested if we sell Lukaku. This is pure speculation tho.

desperate times for sure. This is typical Inter doing Inter thing. fuck.

Listen to @Universe, the player of Inter's choosing is indeed from a list of their dead weight, not from their whole player list.

We should stick with a cash only request and set a deadline for this deal. We can keep Lukaku if they don't offer enough money, it's not a problem. We don't have to bluff here. They are desperate in this case, not us. We weren't planning to sell Lukaku.

The rumor was 120m€ worth offer which includes the player. So it's a shitty offer for sure.

Lukaku or no Lukaku, we are not title contenders.

But he is not worth 130 millions, let's be super honest. Half of the credit goes to Conte. Lukaku won't be this season the player he was last season.

Without a Coach like Conte, a lot of last season stars will become self entitled pricks like Perisic is for some reason.

Sell Lukaku, sell everyone.

Depends on the valuation of the player, if they value Kovacic at lets say 20m, then I will take it.

Of course this is not going to happen but lets not prematurely jump into a conclusion here. And we havent agreed to anything anyway.

Yes, of course but let's not kid ourselves. Including a player is a big burden. First, Marotta needs to be happy with a player included. Second, player needs to be happy to be included! That's the biggest issue. Which player wants to change to CL winner to Inter, Lukaku going the other way? There's wages to be considered and shit.

I think this counterpart thing is hugely stupid to negotiate by both clubs as it takes extra time to get it done. And time is a valuable resource here now. I think we will just reject any counterpart and Chelsea ends up accepting cash deal. It's stupid for them too to drag this for too long.

I bet Alonso would be open to come to Inter eaven with lower salary. Chilwell is their starter now and Chelsea prefer English players. I think Alonso would be really good player for us. But im ok if its just a cash deal and you are right that its just extra burden to deal with!
