Matt Law: "Chelsea and Inter Milan still talking to try to find a resolution that suits everyone on Lukaku. With dialogue open, no need to just throw in blind bids and see if they get accepted or not. Lukaku still training and Inzaghi keen for clarity either way. Impossible to predict how quickly this moves from here, but it doesn't suit either club, both managers or Lukaku himself for it to drag on too long. Expectation remains in England and Italy that an agreement will be found".

Matt Law changed his tune now. The deal isn't done like they wanted to believe in U.K.

Wait, I thought Zhang is forcing the sale and Marotta and Ausilio have their resignation letters ready in the drawer?

At this point, I think we're better off with Lukaku remaining no matter what the offer is. The suggested replacements aren't even half satisfying and season kick-off is too close to make such major transfer. If this offer came earlier this summer things could've been different (Hakimi could've stayed too). Now the timing is just bad.

According to GdS, Inter are only willing to accept 120m cash while Chelsea insist on inserting a counterpart in the deal. After Inter rejecting Alonso, Chelsea are now offering Emerson or Zappacosta.
If this shit is true, they just can go fuck themselves with this insulting offers, if we rejected alonso, why the fuck we supposed agree to one of this garbage players, even this is still a rumor, its still make me mad..

Let's not be greedy. 120m is enough. Marina can keep Zappacosta.

Don't have one.
Di marzio saying 105m plus luigi mario or just 115m cash. Probably accepting the second one...

so if the deadline part is true and after Sunday we won’t accept any offer for him who would you rather have in this situation an unmotivated Lukaku or someone motivated but not that highly skilled replacement ?
I'd take a lifesize Tommaso Rocchi cardboard cutout over an unmotivated Lukaku, especially with the amount of cash we're talking about.
Would provide the same amount of pressing on the pitch as well.

Who tf says he’ll be unmotivated? Man looks fine in training. He’ll give his all, I’m confident.

There is no deadline my man, that sort of consideration and decency is gone. I'm sure we would sell him one day before mercato closes if the right offer came. We look that desperate.

He made an hypothesis, I just answered his suggestion.

Also I'm not confident at all, he may not be totally unmotivated but the combination of Pintus leaving with the impact he had, Conte leaving with the way he always made the world revolve around him and now a failed move might really affect his performances. We'll see.
