Some of you guys got this thing too much personally. Lukaku is not Inter fan, neither he is Chelsea fan. He is just a mercenary, and going where is the best for him, wage, environment, etc. Lukakus is talking some shits a front of media, only in order people to see him as a good and honest person.
If he doesn't want to stay at Chelsea anymore, i'd welcome him back on loan for this and next season. That will be beneficial for him and Inter as well, and then he can go wherever he wants.

It really depends on the finances of a potential deal. If he's available on a free loan with Chelsea paying half of his salary, sure. Else, i wouldn't take him back.
