Lukaku would certainly help. But there is no way financially to make it happen. At least for now. Maybe in 2-3 years and by then things might be a lot different

But does inter need help in his specialty small team scoring. Inter does not need him for his criptonite Big Teams either

Don't have one.
nah fam this guy is an actual retard. Love him as a player to bits, but he a genuine retard
He is emotionally retarded, and I mean that quite literally. He probably learned from an early age what to say, but nobody told him he actually has to follow that up with action. Basically a manchild

dzeko has scored 1 league goal since the end of october

Lautaro's in better form, but 0 in 6 in the CL and was the striker who had the most shots in the group stage.

Back on page 340, I posted how Lukaku is shallow, all talk, only about appearances and has very little substance.

His latest interview leaves absolutely no doubt about those personal characteristics.

Mourinho walked out on us yet he's still a god.

Icardi threatened ultras spat on us and yet there's a lot of Icardi fans (which baffles the fuck out of me)

Lukaku apologised in his interview, so are you saying none of you forgive people, don't believe in second chances? Must be a lonely life.

This is football, 1000s of transfers around the world we can't get hell bent on it.

See the talent not the emotions you feel, ask yourself would you rather have Dzeko at 36 or Lukaku turning 29? 🤔

Vlahovic is who I want and I know others want other players too and that's grand but I am strictly talking Lukaku here.

I believe in 2nd chances and forgiveness.

The way I look at it is simple: we need a striker for next season that’s a fact. Thank you to Dzeko for this season but if we rely on him for another year we’ll regret it big time. That leaves us a with a few options ( of course depending on what the fuck Suning is doing) :

1) Vlahovic : 70-80 million. Obviously would be my preferred choice but doubt we can afford him.

2) Lukaku: price to be determined. If we can lower it to 60mill it’s a no brainer. Anything more than that and we’d be stupid to pick him ahead of Vlahovic if there’s an opportunity

3) Scammacca: 40-45mill. Potential but I’d take Rom ahead of him for sure

4) Wildcards. My dream is someone like Benzema if Haaland goes to Real or Lewa if he leaves Bayern. They would absolutely kill it in the Serie A for another 3 years but who knows

i cant imagine chelsea will turn around and lose 50m on lukaku already TBH.

I could see a loan next summer, i dont see anything this summer. The thing is, theres precedence with Shevchenko, Veron, Crespo, etc, but Lukaku is on a different scale financially

Lukaku will be zero by the time he hits 30. He only relies on physical strength and speed. Isn't an incredible finisher, isn't an incredibly smart player on the pitch, doesn't have crazy vision, movement or technique these are the things you keep after 30-32, the physical aspect declines unless you are a freak and keep working hard like Ronaldo which we know Lukaku won't.

On top of that he doesn't suit the way we play with Inzaghi and he is too expensive.
The guy said that he left because we wouldn't give him a new contract, why would we take him back while in about 10 hours, our players like Brozovic, Perisic and De Vrij will be free to sign anywhere they want because we weren't able to renew theirs.

Lautaro's in better form, but 0 in 6 in the CL and was the striker who had the most shots in the group stage.

But is this how form and squad depth work? Players will go off form from time to time. But it’s fine from the team’s perspective if they always have someone else to step in. And if Lautaro and Dzeko can help Hakan, Perisic, Dumfries… to score, I don’t think we should worry too much about them not scoring themselves.

Chelsea is the strongest argument against what just said. Basically, they were on top of the world, had all the money and were too eager to improve. But they didn’t know where to put their money on. So they looked at the stat sheet and found that no one from their team were scoring many goals. So they just went out and spent banks on the best striker available. And imo it was a huge misstep for them. Chelsea was built on the their solidity in the back, and despite not scoring much, Harvertz and Werner’s work rate and ability to drop deep and participate in the build up helped greatly. Now I don’t know how this will work out for Chelsea in the end, but if Tuchel is to stay longterm and Lukaku to be integrated to their team, their game will have to be a whole lot different from what made them successful last year.

That’s absolute nonsense. Chelsea needed a striker, it was evident. Yeah they won the Champions League but they dropped so many points in the league they only finished 4th cos Leicester bottled it last game of the season.

Lukaku has a point, he shouldn’t have said any of this public don’t get me wrong but he’s right. What’s the point in spending all that money for him and then not playing to his strengths?

I dont see MC having problems scoring goals without a real striker, nor do Liverpool, nor Inter (according to many, our strikers are trash).

Maybe Chelsea needed a striker but not just any type of strikers. In hindsight, they should have bought Lautaro’s release clause instead. Thankfully, they didnt.

I think he's having a meltdown which makes his articulation of the whole story look.. well, yeah what you said

The curious thing here is that he's being as honest as he can, while still sucking up to Inter hoping the fans would demand their self proclaimed king back :D That backfired. And speaking of fire, way to burn bridges. And Stamford Bridge(s).
