Sure he’s underperforming but he’s being used as a target man at Chelsea. It makes no sense to use Lukaku as a central non moving focal point, his ball control and hold up play is not good enough under pressure in central areas. They may as well have kept Giroud if they wanted to keep playing that way. Lukaku needs to have space and as such begin from wide areas where he’ll have more of that to use his speed and also his crossing which is severely underrated. Conte when he was a pundit on Sky Italia said like 3 months aga that Chelsea were using him wrongly and he was right

System on paper may not be different but his role is. At Belgium De Bruyne begins on RW, he has the freedom to drift inside, Lukaku has the complete freedom to drift to the wide areas. Roberto Martinez was the first at Everton to even use him as a RW

Think Tuchel doesn’t fancy Lukaku and Lukaku knows it. But Lukaku is Chelsea’s best striker or Forward.

I guess it is a fault of their management and Tuchel as well. You either play Lukaku the way he can perform or you don't buy him at all.
2 things are obvious:
1, Lukaku isn't happy with Tuchel => his confidence is low => he playes shit
2, Tuchel is not happy with Lukaku => he put pressure on Lukaku, which makes Lukaku unhappy even more....

Yes, it was. But selling Hakimi was probably not a mistake by that time. Either they didn't know Lukaku will leave (and for that big amount of money) or it was just the excuse and they needed the money anyway.
Management said, that they didn't need to sell Lukaku, but they also haven't reinvested the money. Either they were suprised by that move and didn't want to panic buy or they needed the money.

That is fucking Suning had to do as soon as possible. They must sell Hakimi because Suning fucking debt.

Then fucking Suning accept Chelsea offer, Marotta already said Lukaku is not for sale, but Suning is fucking need that money.
