If it is a €25m loan fee with €6m wage net.
That would be €12.5m cost annually plus €7.8m wage gross with Growth Decree applied. €20.3m in total.

a 2 year-loan is basically get the player, cause after 2 years his value will be much less and Chelsea will give him for free.


Idea is to get a 2-year-loan for FREE. If Lukaku can push that and is ready to get only 5 or 6m / year, we should get him just cz it's a gamble. Dzeko can go fuck himself.
