Inters season pretty much rises or falls depending on if Lukaku can stay healthy and if he can regain his form.

I dont think Inter can win the scudetto even if the above happens, since its a long season and the backups in Dzeko and Corea are simply of too low quality.

But if the above doesnt happen, then it could be a disaster season for Inter and finishing outside top 4 surely isnt impossible, which would be a disaster going forward.

Its really poor from the management to throw all their eggs in one basket tbh.

He has returned to Italy and he trained individually today at Appiano. There's a bit hope for the match against Udinese but he will likely return after international break.

Its not just about staying healthy. I don't know what the loan contract says, but usually these contracts have an option for early recall. Now that Tuchel has left, Potter may decide to recall Lukaku this winter. That would certainly fuck up our season completely. We will be back to Martinez-Dzeko shite with no Sanchez supersub to save us.

Can you imagine if the turds that manage the club allowed for such a clause after jeopardizing our entire mercato to bring this guy here on loan?

Our entire season hangs on a loan player. Sounds great.
Absolute incompetence by our management and coach. We lost friggin Dybala to get player on loan. Idiots think that Lukaku is prime Messi or Ronaldo Idk wtf they were smoking whem they decide to bring him on loan instead buying Dybala. Madness and stupidity.

The whole Lukaku saga is starting to smell like the docks at low tide. Whines, moans and eventually begs to force himself out of Chelsea, where he'll almost never play especially under Tuchel. Comes to Inter to plecate the fans while managment attempts to sell Bastoni then Skriniar. He's out shape, using mainly Inter as a long preseason to get match fit for the World Cup. Gets injured goes to Belgium to rehab, comes back just in time for the International break. Probably will not get his mind right till a month after the World Cup, because Belgium's "golden generation" will most likely disappoint. Hope my analysis is wrong but....

With us paying 10m as a loan fee, I don't think such clause will be there. I'd even say it's impossible for this clause to exist in his current deal with us.

Usually such clauses are not allowed in serie a.

The soon Kaku fucks off the better. Martinez - Satriano is the way to go 🇦🇷🇺🇾

Would say it's impossible we would have allowed "callback-clause" to the loan deal.

Not without them paying for that in any case.
Them paying back that 8m wouldn't help us this season. We would be left with 3 strikers and without the planned starting striker.

Yeah but if there's a clause like that it can't be without them paying for it. Not saying there is, but if.

Termination of the contract could be conceptually agreed but it's very unlikely imho. I suspect Lukaku has burned his bridges with Chelsea a bit, while it's not out of the world for him to go back there's probably some level of toxicity in the changing room with him going back and I think it's not the right move.

This i doubt to many people @Chelsea still want him or are on good terms with him. We would have never gotten him for 8mio/season unless the guys at chelsea really did not want him to stick around.....

Also side note the disrespect the dude gets in here is unreal......
