Why imagining it when he has already talked about it in that notorious Sky interview when he was at Chelsea?

But I’m confused why do people have this idea that Lukaku can’t play 90mins haha?

He’s played 90’ against Lazio, Roma, Sassuolo, Napoli, Torino, Atalanta and Empoli and scored/assisted 9 times in the 2nd half of these matches. He needs to get a feel for the game

Maybe. But against united they conceded 2-3 good chances, Ganacho was very dangerous when he came in.
