Yet no one bad word for major culprint of all our problems. Those Suning mobsters. Also he is the one who is in silence when we are doing good. When we are not, then he comes to bash Inzaghi. Just look in every match thread.

Ok, but I have zero respect to forum members that support cunts that betrayed this club while they bash our coach.

What? What hallucination is this? I've never said we couldn't afford to keep one or the other. When we were trying to bring Lukaku back, it was Pavard vs Lukaku, my point here is just that a lot of people have been very very critical of him in the last year and some of us at the time said Lukaku was probably still our best chance at a consistent goalscorer, and we are now really suffering for having a main striker who probably can't even score with his wife let alone against a professional keeper

Obviously that was before the Juve stuff came out, but still.

Not sure i understand the point you're trying to make with Pavard vs Lukaku mention. It was never club's technical or even financial decision to go for Pavard over Lukaku. Actually it was never a choice between Pavard and Lukaku. Pavard became an option late in the market after Samardzic deal was off. Inter had cut all contacts with Lukaku since mid July when he refused to join despite Inter finding an agreement with Chelsea. Inter didn't choose to pass on Lukaku. Lukaku made the choice for Inter.

I don't want to speak for him but the way i interpret it seems like he wants to remind everyone here that he and some people here were right that Lukaku was the only chance to get consistent goalscorer. All this while Lautaro was the top scorer and MVP of Serie A last season, Lukaku had 10 goals and 13 goals in the past 2 seasons and Lukaku is scoring 4 goals in 10 games.

My point is the budget that was lined up for Lukaku went instead on Pavard. We went Lukaku -> considering, e.g. Balogun and Scamacca -> not spending on them and spending it on Pavard instead

I think my real point... is that... there are a lot of haters who are very very quick to post in here whenever he fucks up, but now that our goals have stopped and lukaku is starting to score again under Conte, this thread is real quiet

Functionally, Inter was "expecting" to have Thuram, Lautaro and Lukaku at one point. Obviously that fell through.

Right now we're desperately short of a consistent striker to score goals, and as much as Thuram has been great at chipping in and getting involved, Lautaro's form is a real blight for Inter. and tbh, its hardly like we're all sat here saying the money that was spent instead on Pavard was really well spent.

You realize Lukaku and Lautaro currently have the same open play goals in Serie A and Lautaro has been exhausted from non-stop action and also suffered injuries?

Just know when to stop...

And yet again, you're taking this as some kind of direction comparison instead of a point about complementary offerings.

Also, if anyone was to take the bet right now on the next 5 or 10 games, who do we think would realistically score more, on current form etc? Lukaku, most probably.

Not really, you are.

what does current form even mean? What form is Lukaku in?
Before the Milan game, his last open play goal was 7 games ago... in typical Lukaku fashion, an overkill for stat padding in a 0-4 win rather than a substantial goal that gave a result or opened the score.

In the last 4 league games, Lautaro has 3 goals. Lukaku has 2, one of which was a PK. Lukaku played vs a crippled Milan, Como, Empoli and Lecce. 3 bottom half teams at the time iirc.
Lautaro played against Juventus, Roma, Torino and Udinese. All top half sides at the time iirc.

If we add CL and Coppa, Lautaro probably has a better scoring rate in the last 45 days than Lukaku. What does "form" even mean?

Lukaku forced transfer to Chelsea, he returned and his form was mostly shit, Lukaku negotiated with rube, few weeks before CL final and literally fucked our chances in that same final.. Whats there to discuss, fuck that piece of shit, Lautaro is my man. He'll bounce back.

Must admit that his goal against Pavlovic shows why Lukaku is so successful in Serie A. The poor dude was shouldered away like feather, then a well placed tidy shot.

But partly due to the Serbian naivety too. Never shoulder-challenge fucking Lukaku! But his elephant feet. Despite in the box Lukaku is never quick enough to dodge tackle nor dive to earn a pen.

Still has no impact in big games.
Looks slightly slimmer than before, but acerbi dealt with this fool all night.
