I'd appreciate if someone can pull off the number of goals we scored in the last 30 minutes under Conte vs under Inzaghi per season.

2021-22: 19 goals (35% of total goals)
2020-21: 43 goals (47% of total goals)

I feel bad for him to a certain extent. Chelsea only went after him because they weren't able to get Kane or Haaland and wanted that big name signing. They should've known it wasn't going to work.

We made a big profit and I'm happy about that (other than how we replaced him and how late in the window it happened), and he also he looked like a fool when he joined Chelsea and then again during that interview where he talked about Inter, but I still can't help but feel bad. I guess it's because we are in deep shit with how our current strikers are playing.

We can't even afford that I'm guessing. I think he only comes back on loan (with a potential obligation to buy, which could get ugly).

At this point the 2 most likely scenarios for him are staying at Chelsea or going to Tottenham if they sell Kane.

We should appreciate Lukaku more with the shitshow displayed by our strikers. Many monikers are labelled on him: flat track bully, too big for small game too small for big game yada yada. The fact is we need such player to firm our position at league table because most of the teams are minnows teams. Hyphothetically we would be comfortable at the top of the league if Lukaku stayed and kept his scoring rate like last season.

That being said, I have enough of him. No paycut worths seeing a fake plastic insecure manchild lifting thumb up or pointing at his legs. It is much better to move on to other available forwards rather than signing a physical forward who will be 30 soon.

Abramovich tried to buy Parma and Fiorentina but not only was he rejected by the teams because they didn't wanna sell out, he couldn't even get by Due Diligence.

He got in the money laundering paradise with ease and opened the floodgates for all the fanboys to cheer on blood money...

Abramovich isnt enough to persuade Suning sell Inter, but maybe NATO intention to occupy whole Taiwan and West Taiwan could strongly persuade Suning to forced sell Inter.

People are extremely naive if they expect Lukaku would perform the same way under Inzaghi as he did under Conte.

You need to remember that Lukaku has scored over 100 goals there, EPL's physicality has never been a problem to him. In fact, the problem right now is he's not getting to assert his strength and speed, he simply gets dispossesed due to his poor technique before he can do anything.

I simply can't see how he can work under Inzaghi. Thank him for everything but no turning back.

Lukaku is still stronger than most opponent defenders in EPL. I still recall him bullying Tyrone Mings. Not sure if there is a faster or stronger defender than him at the moment.

As mentioned by many posters here, it’s the system and his lack of confidence. His touch may not be great but the current form he is displaying is under par.
