Basically Croatia flinched first.

This was a long drawn out tactical battle for over 100 minutes, then Croatia decided to take the game to Portugal and got caught on the counter when they were in the ascendancy. In hindsight they probably wish they would have stayed in their shell and just took it to PKs, but that's the risk they took when they decided they wanted to end it in the 2nd overtime period.

That was accidentally, not on purpose. They should attack after 60 minutes because it was obvious that Portugal just sits and waits.

Mandzukic was awful whole tournament, Brozovic isn't winger and Pjaca, Kramaric and Kalinic were benched. Stupid coach.
