I don’t understand why Spalletti didn’t bring a natural back up to Dimarco. I know Udogie is hurt but you could have brought Parisi or someone.

He has Cambiaso. That's where he plays for Juve. Spalletti just doesn't trust him.

And it's a similar case for other players in the squad. Bellanova, Buongiorno, even Zaccagni. Zaccagni saved his ass against Croatia and yet he chooses to go for El Shaarawy. And on the other hand, you have Di Lorenzo who always has to play. No matter how many mistakes he makes.

Spalletti hasn’t played Cambiaso on the left at all though, and he is right footed. I just don’t think he sees him as an option there, which is why he should have brought one he’d actually play.
