I am not sure how true the source is about him giving "a rousing captain’s speech to the entire team ahead of the match, and also had a supportive talk with Onana individually.", but I lean towards to believing seeing his actions on the bench during the game, if so, I think we have been wrongly accusing him, and I have quite some respects for him, also remember how much he contributed during our worst time.

But it’s always the same with players when they get old. Heck people are shitting on Ronaldo right now, that’s just how it goes. If a player is playing bad they deserve to be called out, of course you have to be respectful but just because they were incredible in the past it shouldn’t make them immune from criticism.

But yes Im one of those that thinks Handanovic > Cesar. I was too young too see Zenga play but Handa is the best keeper I’ve seen in an Inter shirt
