Let's see if we can go on a run and maybe I can go on a run as well with my openers. Simplistic openers seem to be key.

When: 20:45 CET

Where: Whatever Samp's stadium is called. It's somewhere around Genoa I'm sure.

Perisic to start which is good as he is rested, question can we depend on our 3 in midfield as I am sure they are really tired.

Seems like De Boer prefers to have a SS playing out wide, since we saw both Eder and Palacio tonight. If he plays Perisic, he'll probably bench Candreva.

As De Boer fails to understand the concept of subtitution, I'm hoping he'll at least understand the need for rotation when you play twice a week. But I'd still rather see him sacked.

Hopefully on the pitch: Miangue and Gabriel Barbosa.

I understand the need for subs when you're chasing the 3 points, but why would he change too much when we were creating good chances and limiting the opposition for the most part?

Because playing 90' twice a week will either get players tired or injured.

Playing time this season:
1170' Handa
1026' Icardi
990' Miranda
990' Murillo
955' Medel
820' Candreva
780' Banega
777' Santon
716' Eder
676' Perisic

True, but now he could rotate for Samp. Put Perisic back in and play either Gnouko/Kondo in the middle. Besides we won't be playing 3 matches a week every week.

Perisic's lack of game time makes no sense to me.

Mm. Seems de Boer is doing so to prevent Icardi from being so isolated up front. That being said, even though Eder scored an amazing goal against Atalanta and probably had his best performance in an Inter shirt against Toro, I still feel Perisic is s greater goal threat, not to mention provider. As far as I'm concerned he should be the first name on the team sheet.

If De Boer is gonna insist on a wide second striker, at least put Gabigol in. He seems to fit the bill.

--Perisic---Icardi---Candreva--

--Banega--Joao Mario--Brozovic--

-Santon--Murillo--Miranda--Ansaldi

-------Handanovic-----

Perisic should play from the first minute. Santon's last 2 game were good. i have a feeling we'll win this. too optimistic? maybe. but against torino we turn things around by showing more effective display in attacking and defending as a team. beside, sampdoria's form isnt better than us.

winning this game by scoring more than 2 goals would boost our moral quite significantly. :interflag:

Perisic was pretty poor versus Atalanta.I remember a moment where he was all alone to cross and Icardi was going towards the goal and with all the time in the world Perisic came up with a horrible low cross way behind where Icardi was making the run to.

He also doesn't seem to be gelling too well with Icardi in general.

So what is with the Perisic fetish now when Eder has put in 2 decent performances?

I have to agree with Ronin here about rather seeing Eder replaced by Gabigol, if he has to be replaced at all, than Perisic for this one.

We better put in a good defensive performance here.I can even live with a 0-0 provided our defense does not concede any scary chances to them every time they attack. Our defense has been an ally for the opposition in every game this season barring the Empoli game.

Based on the last few game Eder deserves to start, plus his movement is better than Perisic, with the two winger types we're somewhat predictable.

Perisic is a wide player, we already have another one in Candreva.

Every time our play reaches to wide position, our winger is isolated until our full backs make an overlapping run for them. Our central midfielders aren't positioned well enough to offer support for wide players, this is something to work on, but it isn't something that can be resolved immediately.

Eder plays much less wide than Perisic, he cuts in and closes the distance between our LW and Icardi, so we can have more options to attack centrally.

When Gabigol is ready, we will see more of Perisic because Gabigol offers the same but on the other side. There is no point playing Eder on the right.

true.
eder opens play in the center something lacking with both candreva and perisic, this gives us more options in attack since we are playing with one striker.(we all saw how all the crosses were useless againt the calgiari game )

also eder have been solid lately implementing FDB tactics which is all good to the team.

eder is like and improved fresh version of palacio

and this gives us candreva or perisic as super sub which will be needed to change our style or press high when we need to push and score.

I think if the board watied on FDB his tactics will produce positives sooner or later

After Medel's susspension i hope he gets some kind of injury to keep him out of Inter at least till january and then some stupid team decides to buy him.

Our midfield looks much better without him.

I cant predict a game for Inter at this point... We have yet to build some sort of momentum, just so we get an idea of what the fuck is going on. Im hoping that this is not the real picture of our team atm, idk if its Frank or the quality players that we have, but finally after years im seeing some football when we play, that fuckin Mario guy, fuckin love to watch him play, Banega has some intelligent passes that even i cant seem to think watching from a TV, let alone being there and being able to have his vision...

these games are all must wins, they put it on themselves, if you lose 3 games, you better win against everyone till january fuckers.
