Roma are back in the running for free agent Florian Grillitsch after he failed to agree personal terms with Fiorentina.

The Austria international is available this summer, as his contract with TSG Hoffenheim will run out on June 30. He had seemed all set for a move to the Viola when his agent visited Florence last week, even publishing images of his trip on Instagram Stories.

However, Grillitsch, his representative and Fiorentina were unable to agree personal terms and the move was if not abandoned, then certainly put on the back-burner.

Aaron Ramsey is reportedly asking for €4m to terminate his contract with Juventus a year early, with Cardiff City and Andrea Pirlo’s Fatih Karagumruk waiting.

Coach Gian Piero Gasperini had requested Ederson in the summer to reinforce his squad in Bergamo, after a very impressive debut half-campaign in Serie A. The Brazilian turns 23 next month and only made the €6.5m move from Corinthians to Salernitana in January 2022.

It proved enough to attract attention from clubs including Inter and Paris Saint-Germain, but Atalanta seem to have got there first.

According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the deal is worth €15m cash plus the inclusion of a player in part-exchange, said to be Matteo Lovato, the 22-year-old defender who was on loan at Cagliari.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Frattesi is pushing to sign with the Giallorossi and wants to join José Mourinho’s side for the pre-season retreat in Portugal. Roma have a 30% sell-on clause which they hope will allow them to lower the midfielder’s price.

According to the report, the Giallorossi offered €15m plus add-ons, while Sassuolo want at least €20m. The Neroverdi are reportedly open to adding one of Roma’s youngsters in the deal, picking between Afena Gyan, Cristian Volpato or Edoardo Bove, but the Giallorossi don’t want to part ways with any of them.

Negotiations between the two parties will resume soon, with the player pushing to return to his favourite club

If motivated, Pogba will be a very good transfer for Juve. Like Lukaku, his playstyle is far more suited for this league. When he's given time on the ball he's still very good. His issue at United was motivation and injuries.

The issue for Juve isn't going to be their midfield anymore it'll be their backline. Bonucci and Cuadrado are ancient and Sandro is past it. De ligt is a very good player but not great.

Thanks but I knew about this detail. I was referring to the asking price, which seem to be double in Inter`s case.

EMPOLI PICK UP MARIN AND DESTRO​

Tuttomercatoweb claim a deal has been done with Cagliari to sign Romania international midfielder Marin on loan with an option to buy for a total sum of €7-8m.

The 26-year-old has also been linked with Hellas Verona and Salernitana. Marin scored one goal and provided six assists for his Cagliari teammates in 37 competitive games this term.

Meanwhile, Sky Sport Italia are confident Destro has decided to join Empoli as a free agent after his contract with Genoa was allowed to run down.

Smart deals IMO, especially that Cagliari payed 10M for the romanian.

Remains to be seen how this will influence Satriano`s intention to join Empoli.
