Forgot that Conceicao is represented by Jorge Mendes, make sense for Conceicao accepting contract in favour of Milan. Giovanni Reyna to Milan next?

Conceicao strikes me as a mini Simeone. Ugly defensive football with a lot of grinta and intensity. It can work in Italy but not sure it can work at this Milan.

Derbies are gonna be spicy. That's for sure. He has a lot of a temper and easily gets involved into fights with other managers. He was the same as a player.
Pretty much this. Very tough to beat and I hope that the bunch of show offs and wannabe rappers are immune to positive winning energy, because if he somehow gets it into them, then we’re in for a third real competitor next season (besides Napoli). Mentality wise he can be nasty, but you love to have him in your team, because he does anything to win.

Did I fucking miss something with the whole Simeone playing ugly defensive football? We have the most scored goals with 1 game to play?

FIF is absolutely insane lol

Simeone or Simone you’re talking about?

Btw Simeone doesn’t really play ugly defense.

Im portuguese and Porto fan so i can make you guys a resume of what to expect...

Tactically he is very good, he studies the opponent and always tries to find some flaws in order to exploit this in the game... he likes aggressive players who never stop...

Formation is 442...his favorite coach is Arrigo Sacchi that coach him in Lazio i think...442 with wingers getting into the middle and fullbacks runing in their backs...two mids, one box to box, one defensive...up front he always uses a striker that comes back, and one trying to break defensive lines with long balls...

This is Sacchi Milan and Italy, i can tell you thats pretty much the same...and its not defensive at all, like someone said...he is way different from Simeone...he was defensive just when Porto played against bigger teams...

webpc-passthru.php

The only bad thing about him is the mentality...Hes like Conte, sometimes gets into fights with players and refs...he is known for leaving good players out just because they didnt perform in training...and he will probably clash againt everyone if Milan dont sign this or that player he wants...

First player he will ask for is Otávio from Al Nassr, im sure... Hes better than Paulo Fonseca, but his temper can be a problem...

If its going to work and fight for the Scudetto next year? I dont think so, we are better and Inzaghi is way better...but he can make things more interesting and Oaktree need to open their wallet...

Simeone's football is pretty ugly, if not the ugliest in Europe in the last decade.

But other than that, the guy seems class off the pitch, which can't be said about Conceicao.

Class of the pitch?? Really? Simeone?? :D:D

He had a bad relationship with Villas Boas who's Porto new president

He was also probably looking for a new challenge.

Yeah it turned sour with AVB , also his assistant for so many years got the job instead i think. Porto is known for selling their stars. Every summer he had to challenge with weaker squad and adapting with what he had and what they bought for him. In the end you get pissed off lol.

Milan is a big challenge. 3 dugouts in Italy where you have to manage the pressure and win every week its us, Juve and Milan. A true hotseats.

I don't see how some players like Leao will fit in rigid 4-4-2 where a hard work is required. Maybe Theo could be converted to RM. I wish them to fight for 5-8 place.

Leão would probably fit as a second striker...he was a striker a few years ago...

Pulisic__Reijnders_Fofana__Chukwueze

_______Morata_____Leão_________

Morata dropping back and Leão trying to find space in the back of the defense line...
