His doctrine of immediately subbing out carded players is well known throughout his career at Lazio, but someone should perhaps tell him that he isn't at Lazio anymore.
Not only does it ruin the relationship with the player because it shows clear lack of trust towards player to do his job cleanly and to have his behavior under control - it also makes us toothless because players are going to be hesitant in duels and tackles out of fear of being subbed out.

With every day it becomes more and more clear that Inzaghi is simply not up to the task of managing a club with high expectations and pressure like Inter. - preference for Gags in the pecking order (poor Gagsy may god forgive me should work on a construction site, not as footballer in a scudetto aspiring team)
- preference for fossils like Handanovic and Dzeko (with all respect to these 2, Handanovic just takes out time of the development of Onana, and Dzeko is just a walking corpse who must play because the alternative is another construction worker in the image of Correa)
- preference for mediocre players like DiMarco who is an obstacle in the development of match fitness of Gosens
- not once playing with 2 CB's, instead of 3, this is just not existing in Limone's playbook

and so on and so on, realistically what could he fix? himself? he should visit a psychiatrist at this point.
