Don't have one.
Lukaku speaking after the match said Inzaghi realized his high press wasn’t working and reverted to counter attack that they were used to under Conte. Kudos for not being an ego maniac and fixing your mistakes. Thank you mister
Yep, here's the video from 2:46 onward. And this is what me and a couple of other people here were clamoring like fuckin parrots throughout the season.

He deserves to stay, and he deserves the trust, especially after this success, but he also needs to learn and improve in the league format and given that he doesn't seem to have much of an ego I can believe that hopefully next season those things will happen.

I saw it on Paramount and it sold me 100 percent on Lukaku.

He really brings out the best in Lautaro. Our team looks so much more dangerous when he is on the field.

I wish Lukaku was as smart and humble on the pitch as he was on this interview, and sometimes he is, but a lot of the time he's so fucking clumsy and retarded and somehow still complains to his teammates when he fucks up. Sometimes it's like he still doesn't know how to use his body properly, at 30 years old!

But yeah, that interview with Henry really sold me on Lukaku as a person, hopefully we can work out something reasonable for next season. But please Romelu don't fuck up the UCL final like you fucked up the EL final.

This guy deserves a ton of credit. Does anyone doubt that he will also get it right in the final? I’m not saying that we will win, but I know for sure that he will give us the best possible chance we could have with these players. We will have a good plan, we will have a structure, and we will make life difficult for anyone that we play. For a one off game there are few managers better in world football. You could probably count them on one hand. One of them is probably Ancelotti but I truly don’t believe Pep’s on that hand.

For that reason if City come through I think we have a better chance. However, no matter who we play or what happens I’m already proud of this team. Not being able to improve this group due to ownership is my biggest disappointment as an Inter fan. We’ll probably never know the real potential, but we have a massive opportunity now and I hope we don’t leave with any what ifs.

He did a great job in CL no doubt! But not yet in Serie A. I will only celebrate when we are sure of CL ticket, via which way doesn't matter.

He’s making a lot of us fools. I mean there’s still 2 Finals to be played and the top 4 isn’t locked up yet but man what a turnaround this guy has had since on the verge of getting sacked.

I can imagine a top-half PL team fancying their chances of poaching him, whatever happens in the final. Tottenham, maybe even Liverpool, who got Klopp after he made the CL final with Dortmund.

And I wouldn't blame him for moving for big money.

No one can understand the Jekill and Hyde of Inzaghi. It is absurd the coach who lost 11 times (so far) in the league and mostly against Monza, Empoli, Bologna etc will play in the UCL final.
Someone would point out the fact we have an relatively easy draw and I agree. However, we started the competition in the same group with Barcelona and Muenchen. No sane man would pick us to come out ahead of the death group. If we average the group and knock out stages, we get ourselves a fairly difficult journey to final like everybody else. All the credits should go to our coach the tournament specialist.

He's essentially the anti-Conte. Mediocre in the league, and good in Europe/cups.

I said I wont post anything, if we beat those scum, till the end of season. And I wont. But I couldnt resist so I would post only once. I deserve it!
First I want to apologize to Limone Inzaghi for everything bad I wrote about him. This man deserves great recognition, from every Inter fan. He led Inter to the Champions League final. With Acerbi, Dzeko, Mkhi, Darmian in first eleven , and Gags and Correa are the first substitutes. Can you believe this shit??WOW!
He went through the group of death with Barcelona, the champion of Spain. Passed Porto, Benfica, teams that assasinated Atletico, PSG, Rube in same competition. And than stinky beelan. Revenge is ours. For all that happened last season. For that disgrace they caused when they celebrated the scudetto last season. This is the victory of all victories. 4 wins in the season against them and the most important, a win in semifinal of Champions league. The same competition that some "top" coaches couldnt pass the group stages, with better squad and players, two seasons in a row! Limone did it with this squad, and we are now the finalists of the Champions League. With all our problems. Every bilanists is now in suffering like never before, Ibra is finished and he can retire now. Fuck that piece of shit!
This is a great achievement, no matter what happens in the final, this should be celebrated. Kudos to Limone and all the guys. I'll get back to you at the end of the season. I hope this can end even better, although this is already a great satisfaction for me. We killed them. Forza Inter!

Whatever happens in that final, this has been a success. I wrote this team off when we were about to play the Portuguese teams because we were going through that rough patch that felt like it would never end. I thought he had lost the locker room, and didn’t have the ability to prepare the players mentally for game days. Credit to Simone, I was wrong about him on that as it seems we finally turned the corner and settled even though it’s too far into the season than I would have liked. I didn’t think I would ever witness us make it back here again, especially with this “nightmarish” squad 😂 I hope we have a happier ending to the season. Good luck to them all.

I think my concern, really, is more about next season. I dont personally massively buy the fatigue element yet, and I think Inzaghi is just not a great manager. 11 defeats could easily happen again next season without a deep run into the CL, at which point we're going to be left up shit's creek without a paddle.

Obviously I hope I'm wrong, and to the point I've made a few times, it mneeds to be a part of an end of season discussion to understand the failings this year. Specifically:
  1. How do we try to manage our strikers better so we dont have a long dead spell from all of them at the same time
  2. How do we fix our defense so we aren't as leaky as we have been until recent weeks
  3. How do we avoid 11 defeats in the league again next year
  4. What investment does Inzaghi need to make this team competitive for the league title
  5. Why have, effectively only 1-3? of our players actually developed under Inzaghi, and the rest regressed if not stayed the same

If the board can get satisfactory answers and thoughts to those questions, then its fine. But thats my point about the "luck" of the CL - next season we might not get lucky, and a season where 80% of the time our maximum points total in the league puts us outside of the CL places without a good run into the CL would be a disaster for this club.

Anyway, I Think i've laboured my point long enough
Sorry, but the fatigue element is crucial here. Where would you buy the fatigue element?
With CL und Coppa final, Inter will play maximum official games we could possible play. There are none others.
You may not buy the fatigue factor but coaches Klopp and Pep who more than ones fought on many fronts to the end have always pointed out to the importance of a deep sqaud. No offense, but I would take their opinion over yours.

Our roster is thin, old (Darmian, Acerbi, Mikhi, Dzeko - all senators und geriatric) und we were also not so lucky with injuries of many key players (Skrniar, Brozo, Lukaku were out long time). Under these circumstances I don`t see how we can fight successfully on all fronts. Something must be given.
