Only thing I blame him for is the late/shitty subs.

It's not his fault that Lautaro can't do his job.

I’ve calmed down since the derby so apologize for my overreactions. I still think Inzaghi and the team as a whole have way underperformed this year and I’m not moving off that. But we at least have to see the next few years out with him. The only other managers who would know what to do with our system is Conte(never returning), pep(LMAO) and maybe allegri(I’m good).

Outside of them there is no one available who I would rate higher in this set up than Inzaghi. Klopp I suppose but he’s not coming to inter in the current ownership model.
I am curious, do you really think the three you mentioned can do a better job with our squad than Inzaghi?

Conte ran away, look at how spurs did, I won't take Napoli grind with one competition as a good reference, plus the season hasn't even end yet.

Allegri, I don't even think we have any of the players he would like to use, just look at our midfielders.

Pep just LMAO like you said, gotta be kidding. With this squad and budget?

I cannot even think of anyone that can be better than Inzaghi for us.

I don't even think Ancelotti can do better with this squad, with the budget and shuffle things to customize a bit for him? maybe, but not this squad.

We got this far really because of Inzaghi's work, but the system can only do so much especially it has been full on display for more than a season, which most opponents get to study it, inside out, where our passing lanes are, our movements etc. That is why some transfers are needed, not to mention the squad is aging every year, so even you get to keep the squad intact, it is older and we are not talking about 27 turning 28, we are talking about some players with heavy contribution 36 turning 37.

I generally agree with this, but I do think we need to:
1 - not necessarily constrain ourselves to a 3-5-2 system
2 - remember that Inzaghi does make some baffling decisions anyway

As I Said earlier in the thread, there's not a better option right now and if we were gonna spend that money, i'd rather it went on players, but still.

Show me a single coach who does not make baffling decisions in the eyes of the fans. We used to shit on Mou even in the trebble years for his subs and so on

Pep is also king of baffling decisions. How many times he fucked up in CL cause of his nonsense ideas.
Thats my point chances are when every top coach makes baffling decisions in the eyes of the fans that the fans just dont really get it......
As in we dont know if they at times make those moves out of desperation and they fully know the chances of it working out are tiny....
Just saying when a group of professionals constantly ake baffling decisions to ousiders chances are that hose decisions are not that much out there the guys in charge just have more and better info/expertise than we outsiders have....

Now all he armchair coaches can tell me how stupid that opinion is

So Pep, with all the budget got only one CL in 9 years. Question for @.h. ,is this sackable also?
And dont go with PL trophys, ManC has definitely strongest roster in PL, perhaps in whole Europe. 1 CL in 9 years is not success.

I don't know where to put this, but the argument that we have the most expensive squad in the league so we should do the best always bothers me; first off Inzaghi is not the entire one who decide how to spend the budget; I am not even referring to decision making, I am also talking basic effective resources allocation and negotiation, make it more blunt is if we spent 10M to get Arna, is it Inzaghi to be blamed? Or flip it around that we spent only 7M on Bisseck, should we be praising Inzaghi? Also saying the high wage should be tie to him too, again not up to him.

Overspending on the wrong things and expecting good results cause money has been spent already, is what it is in a nutshell.

Not to mention some players value went up, cause they performed well in Inzaghi's system, and then assume it is just by default the strongest roster without giving the credit to Inzaghi, but won't apply the same logic on ATA.

Also I don't think we have much money to spend, talking like wages can really compensate the lack of spending on transfer.
I don't think most people would consider us having a good budget.

Personally I’m fine with not paying huge transfer fees and making sure our players and staff are well compensated. That’s what will keep them loyal in the long-run. Not that I don’t want us to spend and bring in important players when the opportunities arise, but these past few seasons have shown us that there are great players out there that don’t require spending huge sums to convince their parent clubs to let them leave.

Inzaghi’s body language (facial expression) at the end of the Genoa game spoke volumes. In my opinion he looked like a man under immense pressure.

Mister please SKIP LAZIO. Field Primavera and let the first team at home for all I care. We should not be greedy when the overwhelming symptoms are appearing in our squad.

You too can stay at home let Farris be the caretaker. Focus 100% on Napoli please and bring the real big title home.

Pep is a fraud man. Gets exposed week in week out. He's everything that's wrong with football and he can't not even even win leagues, but games if he doesn't have the best players in the world and unlimited transfer wage budget. Mourinho owned him at his peak and Inzaghi too on that final where everyone was expecting us to get hammered, they just got lucky. He should be sacked but City is not a real club lol

The game against Napoli is not the title decider. This will go to the wire, especially with Atalanta being close too.
